I have had nothing but good experiences dealing with this company. Justin, the tech, who did the installation in June was most competent and just today he was back to fix a problem which I was having. It seems that a bunch of screws had become loose in the door and that's why it was not properly operating. He came, fixed it and did it once again in a most professional manner. I would recommend them with no reservations. Their customer service is outstanding and that's a definite plus. They are most professional in all aspects of the operation.

Spent more than I expected but very professional and good recommendation on fixing not only problem but future by replacing most equipment. Pointed out that there was a myriad combination of replacement parts being used and Decided best course of action to replace all at same time. Both techs respectful and pleasant/ knowledgeable. Definitely highly recommend. Purchased many replacement parts/ opener/ cables/ rollers/ remotes/keypad/ springs complete overhaul.
