Andrew was here to assess the condition of the door, the tracks, the motor, etc., and he did a great job! Very reassuring that all was well, and he sprayed the proper lubricant where necessary and everything works great now! He is a true asset to Precision, and I'd call on him again any time. Precision responded quickly and John was so nice and courteous. He told us the situation and let us make our own decision rather than talk us into purchase. We replaced our 2 doors and are very pleased with the whole experience. Our neighbor recommended them and she was right!

The technician, Thomas, was quickly able to access and repair the wall panel as requested. He and his associate were polite, efficient and finished the job in a timely manner. The issue was covered under the warranty as we had work done last year. I highly recommend this company . I called Precision on a Thursday and spoke with a wonderful customer service representative who walked me through the process of a service call, explaining everything I needed to know. Friday morning I was contacted by Israel who came, diagnosed my issue and within a few hours , a new system was installed . I can’t say enough positive things about Israel and Dan, and this company - from start to finish it was a flawless transaction.

I gave a 4 star rating because the garage door springs, guide wires and rollers was done to my satisfaction, but the price was quite expensive. I was charge $300ish for the springs alone. Ouch. Danny performed the work. He was completely professional and very friendly. He is an asset to the business.

Fantastic response by Danny Salas who installed my keypad today - an unexpected outcome and delight from your customer service professional! Now just waiting on getting the black weatherstripping reinstalled on the right side where it falls slightly short and shows a gap near the top where it looks like it needs another nail or 2.
