I called on Monday, they came on Tuesday. Andrew was terrific. He diagnosed the problem immediately. I received several estimates to update my old system. Jesse Cole arrived at our house on time and ready to help us. He reviewed all the mechanisms of our three garage doors and recommended the replacement of the cables, rollers, springs and other parts and explained why this work needed to be done and, additionally, that we needed a safety cable. We agreed and he began the work immediately— he had all the necessary parts in his van. Jesse was courteous, smart, efficient and thoroughly professional. He explained everything and kept our garage area clean and neat. We recommend both Precision, and Jesse Cole, extremely highly.

Matthew Nameth came to repair our garage door today. The sensors to close the garage door were not working and the door would not close. Matthew called to give us an estimate of his arrival time and showed up exactly at that time. He offered us a few options to correct the problem and the proceeded to complete that option. Not only is Matthew skilled and competent, he is very personable and a pleasure to deal with. We are thrilled to have a working garage door again and highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any issues pertaining to your garage door.

So far I am extremely impressed with your service team. Starting with my phone call and subsequent scheduling of the appointment. I then received a text stating that a tech was in my area today and I agreed to an early appointment. Within one hour Andrew Depalma and Matt arrived at my home. Andrew gave me a very thorough evaluation of my opener’s problem including alternatives relative to repair, new models and types of openers with approximate costs. I was very impressed with Andrew who clearly explained the options. As I decide what to do one thing is clear- I will be using Precision and I will ask for Andrew and Matt to do the work. Your dedication to customer service is clear. Your attention to quality hiring and training of your techs is apparent based upon my initial interactions. It’s rare to find companies that understand the importance of renewal customers. I will be an ambassador of Precision to family friends and neighbors.
