Have 2 garage drs...2yrs ago one door would not completely open or close during extreme cold weather. Tech came and fixed the problem. The same problem has now affected the other door. Tech did not know how the other tech fixed this problem and told me needed new doors and openers. This problem only occurs on days of extreme cold....working fine today...wasted money on service call

I called Precision Garage Door Repair at 8:30am on a Saturday about an issue with my garage door. By 11:30am, the tech had completed a complete overhaul of my spring/cable/roller system. I was very impressed with the level of service. The tech was clear and concise in laying out the options at the beginning and he completed the work in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company for garage door repair services.

I had Precision out on two occasions over the last year or so - for two separate door issues. They replaced motor, springs, and belt. Each time they were able to diagnose problem and provide a solution that worked. They never tried to up sell me anything and always seemed to go the extra mile. Very knowledgeable and capable. However, since I did some research on the parts I needed I was absolutely shocked at what I was charged. The work was good but I really don’t think it was a good value. I should’ve gotten an estimate first, my bad. That will never happen again

I was very happy with the job that was done by Brendan Serrano. He was personable and knew what he was doing. My one disappointment was the price of the materials, which I could have bought at Home Depot or Lowe's for a fraction of what I had to pay Precision Door Service. You will probably say that your parts are of a better quality than those that the stores sell but the vast difference in price makes that difficult for me to believe. Although Brendan replaced a couple of springs and cables I didn't think that the bill for $664.79 was a fair amount to charge.

From my initial call to the Precision Door Service office to the completion of the work, my experience was professional, pleasant and timely. Precision was able to give me a same day appointment which was greatly appreciated. The technicians, Brendan and Jesse, were courteous, respectful and efficient. They explained and demonstrated everthing clearly, in terms I could easily understand. They both were great. If I could, I'd give them a 10 and should the opportunity arise, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Precidion to friends and family. Unfortunately, poor service is very common today so it was a breath of fresh air to work with Precision!
