The overall experience was really good. I needed a repair and in the end I ended up buying a new garage door opener and did some other minor up grades. I was given multiple options with no pressure and I selected what I thought was the best choice for me. Brendan S was efficient when he did my inspection on my garage door. I had a frayed cable and some of the rollers were bad. He pointed out some other problems that could turn into a dangerous situation, mainly the springs were old and the pulleys were shot.
