My garage door wouldn't close all the way until finally we heard a boom and then it wouldn't open. Precision was amazing I called them on a Saturday they came the next morning. Justin was awesome, really nice gave me all my options allowed me time to discuss it and ask questions and then replaced it in about an hour and a half. My garage is so much more quiet now and works! Thank you all at precision! If we ever have other garage door needs it will be you we call!

The service person came during the time period they promised and I got a call in advance. The service person assessed, gave me a breakdown of what I needed and prices and options. He was efficient and personable. The door was fixed. A bit expensive, I thought, but I didn’t have the time to shop around. I picked the company off the Internet and looked at reviews.

We had two new Liftmaster garage door openers installed today by Justin. He came when indicated, performed the work in a professional manner, and was both friendly and polite. I had been told by a technician years ago that nothing could be done about the horrible screeching sound my garage door made upon opening/closing. I was pleasantly surprised when the Precision tech not only fixed my present day issue of the garage door not wanting to close but also made its' operation silent. I don’t usually write reviews but I had to because this company was fantastic. I found them on yelp. They were at my home within 2 hours of calling. The tech Justin and his helper (sorry forgot his name ) were extremely nice and explained everything. I had all the springs, cables . And wheels changed. They quoted me a reasonable price and completed the job within an hour. They were very professional and did a great job. This couldn’t have been any better I highly recommend them.
