Hi my name is Roberto. Growing up on the south shore of Long Island, I have been extremely involved with sports. I’m an avid basketball fan and enjoy shooting hoops with friends in my free time. Another hobby of mine is auto mechanics. I grew up alongside my father who owns an auto repair shop. I thoroughly enjoy fixing different kinds of motor vehicles as well as doing small upgrades on my own car. Having this background in auto mechanics has helped me excel in Precision. This work has become very enjoyable to me because I love to meet new people and help them with their garage needs.

5 Stars - Honestly in 23 years of living in this house - this was one of the best and most professional service experiences. From the first call to the follow-up(s) - 5 star treatment all the way. Roberto was excellent and very thorough. He was able to diagnose the problem and I can confirm after a few days - there is no further problem with the garage door not closing when it is cold outside. Roberto was able to fix the problem even though it was warm on Saturday and we couldn't duplicate the problem. Only issue was that the original quote for the sensors was $125, but in the final bill it was $175. Just seemed like an honest oversight and would recommend Roberto as a technician to anyone needing garage repair.

The tech was great in explaining what was the issue and giving me the options on course of action I could choose from. If we were going to stay longer I would have felt very comfortable with him replacing it all. Seems highly knowledge able. I own 1000's of apartment units with garages out of state and would be comfortable in using based on todays service.

We are customers who have spent a lot of money to get our garage doors / motors fixed by your company in the recent past.(please check our past records). We called for one roller that came out of track. Additionally there was a broken windowpane glass . Your technician wanted us to replace entire door as well ( amount would be in excess of $1500) and would not assist us with broken pane repair . After replacing all parts which I don’t even think was necessary the total bill was $750 and we still have a broken pane. We are very dissapointed with the service .
