From the moment I called Precision Garage Door, they were friendly, courteous and efficient. I made an appointment for the next day and a confirmation was sent to my email immediately. The technician (Isaac) called to say that he was on his way. He arrived right on time. He checked out my garage door and the lift unit that was inoperative. He then gave me several options as to what could be done without being "pushy". He installed a new unit, added the extra entrance buttons that I requested and explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. He was a very pleasant person to deal with in every way. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to everyone and anyone who need their garage door serviced or replaced.

Saw the company info from a coupon that came in the mail and I’ve been needed to get my door serviced. Roller and cable etc. ended up getting a lift mater and fixing any parts that needed to be replaced. Danny Salas did a fast, professional job well done.
