My Precision garage doors were installed by Precision about 2 years ago. They worked flawlessly until a few days ago. An intermittent beeping was audible, then ceased. Neither door was able to be opened using the electronic controls. Andrew came, and solved the problems quickly. For one door, I hadn't re-enabled the manual handle after opening it manually. The other door didn't work because the electrical house socket was intermittent, and ran down the battery. I'll need an electrician to install a different socket. Andrew was very helpful, professional, courteous, patient and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to use Precision in the future if service is needed.

Precision was great start to finish. It doesn’t get any easier than them for a repair. One call and I had an appointment booked. Service should up on time and called ahead to let me know when they would arrive. Israel, the service tech, was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything to me before betting the work.

A few years ago, I had a spring break on my door and had Precision come out to make repairs. They not only fixed the spring, they updated all of my hardware. Recently my garage door opener went out and I remembered how pleased I was with Precision and I called them. The lady taking my order was so nice and Danny, the technician who came out was so polite and thorough. Couldn't be happier with the work done. The new opener is very quiet and the installation was flawless. Thanks so much!

Precision is the best garage door company in New York, every time I’ve used them they have been extremely helpful. I recently bought new garage doors and they made the process as simple as it could be. Danny was our technician and I couldn’t have been happier with his help. I really enjoyed the simplicity of your business model. I called at 8am. I had two guys at my house by 1pm. The guys quoted the prices, made sure I understood everything, and got the work done right away in an efficient/professional manner. I want to say the only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I feel like I may have been upsold slightly and paid a bit more than I should have but then again, with no knowledge of the industry or prices, I could be wrong. Overall very happy I found you guys. Good work.
