Yesterday Shane Fazal and his assistant installed our brand new door and all the mechanics that go along. They were informative, timely and provided excellent service. We are very happy with the expertise and explanations given on how to use and maintain the system. From calling customer service to the final repair this was exceptional. Isaac and Luis R were extremely professional, was like Mike Holmes make it write were at my house. Had Precision Door come to my home for a service call to see how we could remedy a lost key to open door manually if their was ever an issue with lost of electric or bad lift. George Albert was the tech sent out. When he and his partner arrived he introduced himself and assessed the issue. After doing the point check and assessing my concerns he gave me some options and explained them in detailed so that I could make the best decision. I was very satisfied with his professionalism, knowledge and for thinking outside the box. Job was completed in a responsible time frame and George walked me through the steps for opening and closing the door electronically and manually if needed. I can’t be more happier firstly with the installation and secondly with an emergency issue I had recently when my garage door couldn’t close. I was about to leave the house while I was trying to close the garage door unsuccessfully. I realized that front rollers suddenly got off the track. I called the customer service and although it was Sunday and all technicians busy with their scheduled appointments, they managed to send someone to fix the problem. The lady was extremely kind and so helpful. I cannot be more appreciative for taking action on this.

Garage door spring broke Sunday evening. Thankfully precision door was open and accepting calls. In short order I got an appointment for Monday morning when Isaac came, walked me through the issue / repair process and ultimately replaced the broken parts. Great service and timely respond with professional communication...would recommend to anyone.

In a world that has been dumbed down, when incompetence is widespread, almost expected, it was so good to come across Tom Brill and his associate. These guys reflect well on your company, they made everything clear and understandable, professional to the max (and just nice to deal with on a personal level.) Your e-mails and texts also reflect excellent customer service that should also be noted. I told the guys the original installation of the whole unit was $350 in '07, so I was a bit surprised by the cost of repairs. But I am a dinosaur, sorry, coffee should be no more than 50 cents.
