Marlon Cantave was the technician who serviced my garage door. I was very satisfied with the results. Prior to being serviced, the garage door was very noisy and didn’t open and close smoothly. Also, when power was out and I manually closed the door, the door wouldn’t stay down but would roll up several inches. Marlon put in stronger springs and other maintenance and now the door opens and closes smoothly and is much quieter. When I close the door with power off, the door remains down and doesn’t roll up. I am very pleased.

Showed up on time. Both technicians were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and polite. They inspected the garage door opener, identified the problem. They completely explained what was wrong and how they could fix it. (This was done with photos and detailed explanation.)

Was recommended by Chamberlain to program the remotes, however the technician Isaac Rodriguez inspected the garage door & parts carefully and Advised to change the motor & some parts of the garage door which was over 15 year old with a great price quotation without pushing me to accept . 0utstanding! Excellent! Exceptional! Superb! As you can tell I am very happy with the work that Shane and Mike did on October 20, 2021. They completed the work in one day … installing two garage doors, all of the hardware, and the two garage door openers. There was nothing that I needed to clean up at the end of the job. What was very helpful for me was they made sure that the system was properly programed. They made sure that I was able to use all of the electronic features of the door openers, which included the MyQ app. To Shane and Mike - Thanks!

Israel is very polite and efficient. He himself change both side of the reel, cable and accessories for my garage door within one hour. Very impressive young man. Also the company’s 10 year warranty parts 5 year labor policy is a surprised gift for me. When I called for service and was very glad to know my garage door is still under warranty. Call for an appointment and they were able to schedule an appointment for the same day. Lewis fixed my issues with my garage door. My garage door is so quiet when it opens now. It has never worked this well. Lewis was great and made sure I understood what needed to be done and made sure everything worked to perfection before leaving.
