I chose precision from an insert I had saved that indicated you fix garage door problems. I had a broken cable on a 20+ year old door. Tom did an excellent job in defining the needed repairs and offered a quote for a new door which really became a no-brainer opportunity. He's got some sales skills! I really liked the email input and the quote being done on-line, and I'm a senior+ citizen. I would rate the experience at 5 stars.

Tom showed up promptly on the same day I called in the problem, correctly diagnosed the situation and fixed the door. My garage door is now working fine. He was good at explaining the problem so I could understand what needed fixing, and was very pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend him to friends.

I just ordered a garage door and an opener from Mike P. He was very professional and thorough in his explanation of all the options. Before arriving, he did a great job of keeping me posted on his arrival time so that I could attend to other tasks. All my concerns and questions were easily answered by Mike.
