I needed to solve a problem with my garage door shaking and eventually not going down or not staying down if it went down at all. Jesse Cole came for the service call and did a terrific job diagnosing the problem and replacing the parts to solve the problem. He was courteous,efficient and neat. I didn’t want to submit a review until enough time passed where I was confident that the problem would be solved long term. It has been 10 days and everything continues to work perfectly... thank you.

Danny S did a great job!! He arrived on time (the same day that I made the appointment). He explained exactly what we needed after inspecting our system & receiving our approval to do the job, he started working. A couple of hours later our door that previously wouldn't open was working like a Swiss clock . I suspect that I won't be needing Precision again in the near future, so I'm very pleased to highly recommend them.

Emergency overnight phone call answered and tried to get me overnight emergency service but promised a 8am - 12noon appt. service technician who has been to my house before called 20min before he was going to arrive. Service tech was professional and was able to replace garage door springs quickly enabling us to get to work. We would always recommend precision door to who ever is needing garage door service. This is the first time I used Precision. I was very happy with everything from the time I placed the call until the time the service was completed. The technician (Hunter) called me to let me know when he would be arriving and he kept true to his word. He was polite and a pleasure to deal with. Precision door was recommended by another company that was too busy it would have taken other company 1 1/2 to 2 weeks to come service my garage door. Precision door was able to come in two days and in the time window chosen and on time with a heads up call to say technician was in the way. Mike the technician was polite very knowledgable and checked everything related to my garage door and motor to ensure it being safe to use and operate.

Definite 5 Star Service by Tom the technician. He came the day after the first blizzard when our door cable became unwound due to age. He explained everything to us and kept to the quote, no surprises. Before leaving he made sure that everything worked.
