This is the second time I called for service in a year, two garages, separate problems, both time Danny Salas was the tech, he is professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about all workings of the doors and its parts and motors. I called Precision from an ad in the local delivered papers, and although it wasn't urgent and pressing, the garage door was getting louder and seemed to be struggling. Also, after a power outage, all remote sources were out except one. No matter what we tried on both garage doors, only one remote code worked one door. Precision set up an appointment, followed up with text and email when the technician was on the way and he even called as he neared the house to confirm. Very very efficient. Danny was the technician, he analyzed the major source of the noise as the rollers and replaced them, then went on the reprogram both doors to the cars and the wall mounted remote. Again, very very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I was impressed and very happy with the service.

My local guy seems to have gone out of business and you folks are everywhere so I chose you. The tech was a nice guy and he did nice work (we’ll see as time goes by) but the price $$ was a real hustle. Not even close to a fair price for what I had done - oh well.

I had been told by a technician years ago that nothing could be done about the horrible screeching sound my garage door made upon opening/closing. I was pleasantly surprised when the Precision tech not only fixed my present day issue of the garage door not wanting to close but also made its' operation silent. I am more than satisfied with the repair and I recommend the tech Justin who is extremely knowledgeable.
