Very professional, efficient and facilitated every ‘ask’ with ease. That the technicians are fully equipped on site eliminates the back and forth that is common in getting the job done in a timely manner. The pre and post visit experience was also wonderful. Robert is a great representative of the company and client friendly. A pleasure to highly recommend.

My garage door stopped functioning, and I didn't know where to turn. I did an online search and found your company. The reviews were great. And rightly so! The communication every step of the way was top-notch. The technician called me on his way to my place and also when he got there, as I was out of town. He gave me a choice of repair options. Everything was very professional. I highly recommend your company.

The service is top notch. Starting from calling and getting a "real" person to answer my questions and setting up an appointment, for that day!! to Robert, my technician. Robert was very professional and knowledgeable. After a few observations, he knew what to do and fixed it promptly. He also gave suggestions on the remaining areas of my garage door. Will not hesitate to use Percision again.
