Called this morning to arrange for an estimate. Precision followed up immediately with emails & texts to let me know when the technician would arrive. Within just a few hours Michael Chwalek was at my door. Michael explained the whole process telling me exactly what would be replaced. He answered all my questions and explained the different features of the door openers. I opted for the upgraded Genie opener that included battery backup. I was given a detailed estimate right on the spot which was appreciated. Michael was very courteous and professional. Based on how well everything has gone so far, I am hopeful that the day of installation will go just as well. Very glad I made the call to Precision Garage Door Service today.

I was taken advantage of by the serviceman. I called for a keypad & two remotes. His first estimate was over $3500. When I said absolutely not, he gave a second package for $2400. I only wanted what I asked for. I was about to just pay for a service call because my neighbor said that was ridiculous compared to what he paid. All of a sudden, the price dropped to $375. He also did not give me options for the type of keypad. I definitely will NOT USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN. Also, I will post in my 1100 home community bulletin - advising not to use your company.

Our garage door opener was over 20 years old and had finally stopped lifting the door, so we knew it was time for a replacement. We previously had a LiftMaster opener, which had served us for decades, so we wanted to stay with the same brand. We were very pleased they offered LiftMaster units. Our technician, Israel, was exceptional. He inspected the old opener, clearly explained what was wrong, and walked us through our options, including repair and replacement. We chose to install a new opener, and we were extremely pleased that he was able to complete the installation the same day. I was extremely pleased with all aspects of my experience with Precision Garage Door, from the ease of scheduling an appointment to the resolution of the problem with my garage door. John Fusco contacted me the morning of my appointment to let me know what time he would be arriving. Very much appreciated, as my appointment was a four-hour window on a Sunday afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explaining in detail, and provided an immediate estimate that included a military discount. All the parts needed to make the repair were on his truck and the job was completed (replaced springs) on the spot. John was professional, efficient and friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
