My garage door remote opener suddenly stopped working. Pecision set up an appointment for a technician the next day, and Israel came and addressed the problem quickly, replacing my remote opener straight away.

This is the first time I hired a company to service my garage door. I serviced it myself for the last 26 years but I'm getting old and lazy, so I called Precision garage door when a spring broke. I talked to a young lady named Karen who set me up with a time slot between 10am and 2pm. This was at 8:15 in the morning. And if the service technician could get to my house earlier me would call me. Well, the tech that fixed my door John Fusco and his helper Jason called me around 9:10am and said he was on his way. I'd much rather not have to wait for someone to show up at my house so getting there early worked for me. John described in detail what I needed for the job to be done in a professional and competent manner, gave me a variety of prices depending on what I wanted done and did the job in a relatively short time. I'm very happy I chose Precision to do the work, and, in the future, I would definitely call them back. Thanks for a great job, John Fusco.

Today’s service is the second for me. Precision installed my opener 5 years ago and their extraordinary service stuck in my mind . I went online yesterday and set up a visit today to remedy a broken keypad. . Everything was as I remembered- communication was instantaneous from the start. Appointment timing was spot on, Israel took his time to explain the issue , replaced the unit, inspected/ lubed every aspect of the garage door. If only every repair service conducted themselves like Precision, home ownership wouldn’t be so stressful!

My experience with your company has been excellent from booking the appointment online, to the arrival of John Fusco. Thinking we were going to have a major repair on our hands, John went over a number of options and gave us several estimates based on different levels of repair. It was determined it would just need the replacement of a couple of parts, and the door would be up and running in a short amount of time.
