This morning I had an emergency with my garage door , where the cable snapped and the spring broke. Not knowing who to call, precision was the first name that came up on goggle, so I read through all the customer reviews and decided to call them. They were efficient with all notifications, the repairman Shane called to let me know he was on his way and I received a picture and a history of Shane. That in itself was comforting. Shane was professional, on time, went over my options, completed the job, tested everything, cleaned up and left. WOW!, I was impressed. I’m so happy I called them and will definitely recommend them.

Nicholas Urena from Precision Garage Doors was great and exceeded my expectations. I called the company around noon and they arrived 3.5 hours later, same day. He helped me change my garage codes, a task that another garage door company could not accomplish. He also closely assessed the motor and the wiring, explaining the aspects that may become an issue in the near future. He provided multiple estimates for several areas I beleived might also need work. Nicholas was kind with a great personality. I felt very comfortable having him at the house and would call to request him in the future. Also, I found the prices to be extremely reasonable in comparison to other companies. Great experience. I made an appointment for an opener repair. Unfortunately, it was beyond repair and I needed a new opener. Nick was patient with my numerous questions and was able to offer several options so I could make an informed decision. I feel secure that I have a new opener that is safe and maintenance free.
