I made an appointment for an opener repair. Unfortunately, it was beyond repair and I needed a new opener. Nick was patient with my numerous questions and was able to offer several options so I could make an informed decision. I feel secure that I have a new opener that is safe and maintenance free. The new opener is so quiet!!!

Precision serviced my garage door this morning. I was very satisfied with this service. They contacted me prior to my appointment to advise when they would arrive and were very prompt. The service man was knowledgeable, answered all my questions and personable. He gave me options which took into consideration the charges. Garage door opened died today. Only company I could find open on a Sunday. They were at my house within 1 of my call. Shane was my tech. He was very knowledgeable gave me my options and prices upfront no hidden cost. Once I decided he went right to work and finished the job in a couple of hours. Cleaned up and test and showed me how everything worked. I recommend him highly. Overall Precision did a great job. Price was a little high but very knowledgeable techs. They give you a 10 year warranty as well. Great job

Very efficient company. Easy to schedule an appointment. Technician they sent was pleasant and professional. Diagnosed the problem and suggested a replacement. Installed the new opener quickly. Explained its features and how to use. Cleaned up after the install and removed all packaging and the old door and hardware. Would highly recommend.

My garage door was not closing. The company sent Shane quickly after I called the same day. Shane explained that my opener was extremely old and even if possible made no sense to repair. He then examined my garage door which also was old and determined that the door was in great shape but needed springs and other parts replaced. He spoke to management and got me a significantly reduced price for all the work he recommended and completed professionally and walked me through the technology. Great job Shane.

The technician, Nick, was great. He fixed the problem and was very courteous and professional. I was very happy with his service and the job he did. Prices were a little outrageous. He was able to help get 10% off the original cost but if I had time to shop around more I would have. We didn’t need any parts for our repair and paid $450 (with the discount) for about an hour and a half of labor.
