We can’t thank Precision Garage Door Service enough for their professionalism and excellent service. Everything from my initial call to scheduling the appointment was smooth and pleasant. Our garage door opener was over 20 years old and had finally stopped lifting the door, so we knew it was time for a replacement. We previously had a LiftMaster opener, which had served us for decades, so we wanted to stay with the same brand. We were very pleased they offered LiftMaster units. Our technician, Israel, was exceptional. He inspected the old opener, clearly explained what was wrong, and walked us through our options, including repair and replacement. We chose to install a new opener, and we were extremely pleased that he was able to complete the installation the same day. Israel was very knowledgeable, kind, and respectful throughout the entire visit. His expertise and professionalism made the whole experience stress free. I was extremely pleased with all aspects of my experience with Precision Garage Door, from the ease of scheduling an appointment to the resolution of the problem with my garage door. John Fusco contacted me the morning of my appointment to let me know what time he would be arriving. Very much appreciated, as my appointment was a four-hour window on a Sunday afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explaining in detail, and provided an immediate estimate that included a military discount. All the parts needed to make the repair were on his truck and the job was completed (replaced springs) on the spot. John was professional, efficient and friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I called Precision and was very pleased with Danny Salas who is the technician sent to my house. Danny was very pleasant to work with, he explained everything as well as showed me the issues prior to doing any work. He was pointing things out that should be replaced but stated " NO pressure from him" just wanted to inform me. Danny is knowledgeable, understanding, polite and fast efficient worker Precision Doors did right by hiring him. This is the first time I hired a company to service my garage door. I serviced it myself for the last 26 years but I'm getting old and lazy, so I called Precision garage door when a spring broke. I talked to a young lady named Karen who set me up with a time slot between 10am and 2pm. This was at 8:15 in the morning. And if the service technician could get to my house earlier me would call me. Well, the tech that fixed my door John Fusco and his helper Jason called me around 9:10am and said he was on his way. I'd much rather not have to wait for someone to show up at my house so getting there early worked for me. John described in detail what I needed for the job to be done in a professional and competent manner, gave me a variety of prices depending on what I wanted done and did the job in a relatively short time. I'm very happy I chose Precision to do the work, and, in the future, I would definitely call them back. Thanks for a great job, John Fusco.

I was taken advantage of by the serviceman. I called for a keypad & two remotes. His first estimate was over $3500. When I said absolutely not, he gave a second package for $2400. I only wanted what I asked for. I was about to just pay for a service call because my neighbor said that was ridiculous compared to what he paid. All of a sudden, the price dropped to $375. He also did not give me options for the type of keypad. I definitely will NOT USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN. Also, I will post in my 1100 home community bulletin - advising not to use your company.
