My experience with your company has been excellent from booking the appointment online, to the arrival of John Fusco. Thinking we were going to have a major repair on our hands, John went over a number of options and gave us several estimates based on different levels of repair. It was determined it would just need the replacement of a couple of parts, and the door would be up and running in a short amount of time. From there, he completed the job and stayed within the estimate he gave us. We tested the door to make sure everything worked properly and our problem was solved. Many thanks.

Israel did a great job. Our garage needs new drywall, so there was nowhere to run wires (well), but he was very diligent in trying to run them cleanly and temporarily, pending putting new insulation and drywall in place. He also lubricated the door, and it moves much more smoothly and quietly -- I didn't request this extra step and there was no additional fee. Would definitely use this company again.

It is a pleasure these days to find a company that is as professional as Precision. Not only did they respond to my problem, but the tech also advised me 40 minutes before his arrival, and I received his name and picture from the company office so I could be comfortable with who I was expecting. This was for a possible repair to door openers installed about 16 months ago. Though no specific reason could be identified as to what was causing my problem, some adjustments were made to the settings and I was told to let them know immediately if my problem reappeared. I have used you in the past and found you to be very good if not excellent. This time Danny Salas was excellent also; did a great job. Sorry this is late as my computer two days after he was here died and has to be repaired. I was trying to get an itemized bill and on my third call Heather in Customer Service showed me how to get it from the invoice. I was waiting for that before I sent a review.
