Brian Meinsen and Greg were the installers sent to my house to install my new garage door. Upon arriving, they identified and introduced themselves to me. I had several questions that were answered with details that provided me with greater understanding of why certain procedures were followed and why various parts were utilized. I found both technicians knowledgeable and courteous. They completed the job efficiently.

Your workers were beyond courteous & professional. They were great! Your company on the other hand... leaves much to be desired. They been back to my house 3x for a garage door that is under a year old. Scheduling was horrrendous. They say between 12-2, then send confirmation email saying 2 & up to 4 hrs after! Had to reschedule first appt. due to fact weren’t at house by 2. Second appt. didn’t get there until 2:15, again not workers fault, scheduling department (I figured since they screwed up 1st appt., maybe they would put me first or at least make sure to get to my home before 2... nope). Screws on my less than year old door are rusty, all 12. If I waited any longer would be rust marks all down front of it. Flat piece behind handle is warped, cheap material (plastic on $2k door). Unbelievable! Again people in customer service were very nice and professional, just cheap material and scheduling just a mess. Don’t know how this business stays open.

I had the pleasure of working with Manager Vinny, Israel and Greg! To be honest, I called as a follow up with an issue that seemed connected to an original repair which turned out to be a separate issue but...not only did Vinny respond to me immediately to research the matter, he happened to be in the area and took time to personally come to my residence and view the problem. He scheduled a team, Greg and Israel to follow up the next day. They arrived when they said they would. They were polite, friendly, happy, professional and performed a quality job in a timely manner! It was a pleasure to work with them all and nice to see that there are people out there that still take their work seriously. I definitely recommend Precision!

I had a door put in back in May. About 2 weeks ago I noticed I had gotten a mouse in the garage, my exterminator told me the garage door was not lined up to the ground. Instead of jus saying that and leaving, they took the extra step and plugged up the obvious holes I had and tightened the door so it would would fit better upon reaching the floor. They went above and beyond, and I am grateful!!!!!

Service men were fantastic. When calling the office with questions you get a call center that is basically an operator that transfers your call or takes a message. It is frustrating to think you are dealing with a local company but cannot get the local office on the phone with questions.

Precision was great from the estimate / quoting stage till completion. They kept me up to date with scheduling & arrival times. They confirmed the appt to install the day before as well. The new garage door & belt drive looks amazing & works great. The installers were neat, prompt, professional, courteous of my time & precise on ensuring the install was as perfect as can be. I was disappointed in the repair service. The door is about 3 years old. When the tech came to assess the problem I needed a lower panel (white). He told me he would put a rush on the order & would take a week. The price would be $500. No consideration about a partial warranty discount. $500!!!!!!! I paid him $300w/$150 left upon comp. The garage door acts as the front door to our home & he left the door closed & couldn't be opened, (problem). After a week I called and was told that parts come on a truck once maybe twice a week. The women told me on a Tuesday after 1 week that the part was not in and didn't expect it for another week. that led up to the labor day weekend. When the techs came this morning & fixed it finally, They told me the balance was $297!!!!! I don't recall what the new door was, but this was outrageous. Your product is good but this service experience was awful. The techs were good today. Terrible.
