Beautiful garage door design, sturdy and installed well. But the app for the atuo door was a pain, so I had it uninstalled and just used the basics, open and close. I had to get a rep back to change this and he even had a problem with the wifi. Without this annoying technology I would have given it 5 stars.

They came a week later and installed my brand new garage door and opener within an hour and a half. They were professional, timely, neat. They explained everything to me. He spent a good amount of time showing me different options and pictures of different style doors. Pricing was competitive and installation was scheduled in a timely manner. On the day of installation, the technicians, Greg and Jeff called to say they were on their way, and arrived promptly. They were both polite and knowledgeable. They took their time to make sure the job was done correctly and my garage door looks great. I highly recommend Precision!

I received exceptional service from start to finish in purchasing our new garage door. Our sales representative Andrew was so informative and made the whole purchase process easy. I haven’t experienced a better company at communicating throughout the whole process. Our installers Greg and Jeff were very courteous, knowledgeable and did a clean and perfect install. When done they took the time to explain the work done and how to use the key release to disengage our door opener if needed. I first used Precision to fix my old door years ago and returned to them to purchase a new door because of the excellent experience with their repair services. Their pricing was definitely reasonable and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a garage door repair or is looking to purchase a new door.

My elderly parents garage door needed to be replaced. A few years ago I needed to replace my electric garage door opener and I would get Precision coupons in the mail periodically. I called Precision and had a very good experience with them installing my garage door opener. So, I called Precision to give my parents a quote on a new garage door. Mike Chwalek, a Precision Technician came to my parents and took measurements and sat down with them and myself as I was handling this. Mike was a very professional and knowledgeable man and explained the whole process of ordering the garage door. Mike gave me his cell phone number in case I had any questions. I did text him a few times and he returned my text with a phone call and text. He answered all the questions I had. I could not be any happier with how Mike helped us. The Technician Greg Rambadadt and his assistant came an installed the garage door. They both were very professional, cleaned and took old garage door with them. It took them about 3 hours to install the door. We were very pleased with the whole overall process and installation on the garage door. We will highly recommend Precision to anyone we know who needs work or needs garage doors or openers.
