Israel did a great job. Our garage needs new drywall, so there was nowhere to run wires (well), but he was very diligent in trying to run them cleanly and temporarily, pending putting new insulation and drywall in place. He also lubricated the door, and it moves much more smoothly and quietly -- I didn't request this extra step and there was no additional fee. Would definitely use this company again.

It is a pleasure these days to find a company that is as professional as Precision. Not only did they respond to my problem, but the tech also advised me 40 minutes before his arrival, and I received his name and picture from the company office so I could be comfortable with who I was expecting. This was for a possible repair to door openers installed about 16 months ago. Though no specific reason could be identified as to what was causing my problem, some adjustments were made to the settings and I was told to let them know immediately if my problem reappeared.
