We can’t thank Precision Garage Door Service enough for their professionalism and excellent service. Everything from my initial call to scheduling the appointment was smooth and pleasant. Our garage door opener was over 20 years old and had finally stopped lifting the door, so we knew it was time for a replacement. We previously had a LiftMaster opener, which had served us for decades, so we wanted to stay with the same brand. We were very pleased they offered LiftMaster units. Our technician, Israel, was exceptional. He inspected the old opener, clearly explained what was wrong, and walked us through our options, including repair and replacement. We chose to install a new opener, and we were extremely pleased that he was able to complete the installation the same day. Israel was very knowledgeable, kind, and respectful throughout the entire visit. His expertise and professionalism made the whole experience stress free. Precision Garage Door is amazing. My experience two years ago on my purchase of a new door was 5 star all around. From the sales person to the customer service reps to the installers. All personnel extremely professional, and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I have strongly recommended them to anyone who asks. My current experience just reconfirmed my opinion. I called them up to troubleshoot an issue, they had a service tech at my house the very next morning. The technician, Israel, was above and beyond professional, courteous, and extremely competent in diagnosing and rectifying the issue. He explained in detail the cause of the issue and what he did to rectify. But what amazed me the most was that there wasn’t even a billing charge for a service call or the repair. In comparison, I had an electrician and a generator technician at the house the previous week and they both wanted $175 just to walk in the door, and the Generator technician was a no show on the scheduled date. The Precision Garage tech not only arrived at the scheduled time, he called me to give me an ETA when he was on his way. Once again an extremely positive 5 star experience with Precision Garage Door, not many companies out there these days that check all the boxes in professionalism, customer service, competence, integrity, and complete customer satisfaction in all aspects.

Second of all, it’s really nice to get a photograph of and a description of the installer. Israel, Hixson not only did an amazing job, but was so polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. Today’s service is the second for me. Precision installed my opener 5 years ago and their extraordinary service stuck in my mind . I went online yesterday and set up a visit today to remedy a broken keypad. . Everything was as I remembered- communication was instantaneous from the start. Appointment timing was spot on, Israel took his time to explain the issue , replaced the unit, inspected/ lubed every aspect of the garage door. If only every repair service conducted themselves like Precision, home ownership wouldn’t be so stressful!
