The technician, Ryan Swan showed up on time and was very courteous especially when I told him that after I checked further when he was on his way and I discovered that all the wall receptacles apparently did not have power but all the lights in the garage were working. We obviously had an electrical problem but he he was very pleasant and checked what he could but it was not an issue he could address. I advised I had already called the electrician and was very sorry I did not check further before calling for an appointment. Rapid response! I called late afternoon on Tuesday and Tyler promptly scheduled service call for 10 am next day or earlier if I were agreeable. Technician Ryan called at 8 am and arrived promptly. He pleasantly and professionally reviewed all my options. In under two hours 30 year Genie was replaced and door was fully and safely operational.
