Our Tech, Ryan, was amazing! Our garage door broke around 7:30am. We were able to request an appointment shortly after and were immediately contacted to say a technician would be with us between 8am and 12pm. With a 30 min notice, they arrived around 10:45am and were finished diagnosing the problem, presenting several options, and fixing it by 12pm! Efficient and friendly service! I would definitely recommend!!!!

The technician, Ryan Swan showed up on time and was very courteous especially when I told him that after I checked further when he was on his way and I discovered that all the wall receptacles apparently did not have power but all the lights in the garage were working. We obviously had an electrical problem but he he was very pleasant and checked what he could but it was not an issue he could address. I advised I had already called the electrician and was very sorry I did not check further before calling for an appointment.
