Ryan grew up in Bohemia and currently lives in Rocky Point with his fiance, dog and two cats. After high school Ryan joined the army as an infantryman. After the Army he got his associates degree and played ice hockey at Suffolk County Community College. He is a die hard Islanders fan. His goal working at Precision is to create the best possible experience for all our customers.

The technician, Ryan Swan showed up on time and was very courteous especially when I told him that after I checked further when he was on his way and I discovered that all the wall receptacles apparently did not have power but all the lights in the garage were working. We obviously had an electrical problem but he he was very pleasant and checked what he could but it was not an issue he could address. I advised I had already called the electrician and was very sorry I did not check further before calling for an appointment. Ryan Swan today was exactly that ... listened to what I thought wasn't right (the same thing had happened a few years ago), he knew right away what wasn't working properly and was able to fix it as well as check everything and do another repair we needed.
