I had a service call today and was very pleased with the way it went. Lewis was very pleasant and knowledgable and took care of my problem. Precision deals with their customers in a much better way than any other company that I have used, not just garage door service companies. They tell you about the technician in a way that makes him a person with whom you will be comfortable, not just an anonymous someone coming to repair or service something. As it turned out, the door did not need servicing because the noises that I heard were not significant. I highly recommend Louis Rodriguez and Precision.

I chose Precision based on their on-line reviews. They kept me informed as to exactly when the serviceman would arrive, and even sent me a picture. Lewis assessed the problem and gave us options on how to proceed. He fixed the issue, quickly and then performed a full maintenance on the garage door opener and all of its components. Just a heads up, however. Be prepared to pay by check because using a credit or debit card incurs a high "processing" fee. I would definitely use Precision again if I had an issue.

Lewis R. was very professional and patient with all my questions and concerns. He carefully explain the alternatives which would solve my existing problem, but also explain how the different alternatives would impact the life-span of the old unit as it stands today. He also noticed that the safety wire was never install on the door and the danger it may caused if the wire ever snapped. I chose to replace the Garage door opener to avoid any near future maintenance requirements. Very happy with my decision.

Hi Brandon, Believe it or not, I chose Precision out of the Val U Pak coupons I got. I was looking for a garage door repair/replacement company for a while because our local guy retired and I didn't know who to call. I guess it was providence, because first of all I have never used a coupon from Val U Pak and I am so glad I did because Lewis Rodriguez was amazing. He explained everything, showed me what needed to be done on a as needed basis, breaking it down into what I should do first, second and last. I chose the middle option. He not only was professional, but polite, knowledgeable, and efficient, 45 minutes in and out. You are so lucky to have him and so was I. We are selling our house and we want to make sure that we transfer ownership of our house so it will be in the best and safest condition for the new owners. Lewis made the repairs and then showed me what exactly he did, and how the door now operates which is a lot better than when he got here. Thank you so much. The sticker is now by the garage door lighted switch so the new owners will know who to call in case of a need which I don't think will be for very long time thanks to Lewis.
