My husband and I are very happy with the prompt and courteous service of Precision Garage Door Service. We called to have our existing garage door openers checked out to see if any maintenance was needed. Lewis R came right on time. Was super courteous, giving us a call about 20 minutes before he arrived. He was so kind and professional. He gave us options as to what services that should be performed and the timing and urgency of each. He was very patient, and no pressure. After we chose what work we wanted done now, he got right to work and was very neat and clean and meticulous. Lewis R. is a great technician and a fine representative of your company. He was on time called to tell us ahead of time so we could move our cars out of the way he was organized professional answered all our questions gave a good demonstration to how the remote worked showed us how and where the child proof sensors were and how they attached to the rail he smiled and enjoys his job. The technician who was dispatched to address my issue performed excellently. However, I was taken aback by the cost of a ten-minute service call to push a reprogram button, especially after already investing significantly in replacing my garage doors. I attempted to observe the procedure, but I was unable to view the controller's reset process. Unfortunately, the control panel is malfunctioning again. It would be beneficial to have the steps for resetting the control panels so I can avoid incurring another $300+ expense for a brief task.

I was very fortunate to have Precision Garage Door take care of my garage door that was no longer working. Technician Lewis Rodriguez came to the rescue! He replaced the motor, springs, installed a new keypad and programmed 2 remotes to operate the door. technician Lewis R. arrived to my house to access why my garage didn’t open ( ihad work done and couldn’t figure it out) he manually opened the garage and i showed him the issue he advised me to get an electrician ( which i knew i needed) to replace an outdated overhead socket i needed some outdated springs pulleys and cables and rollers replaced and he showed us two sets of prices and we agreed to purchase it he finished the work in under an hour he was not pushy or aggressive he was polite and easy to deal with showed me two prices

Very efficient company. Easy to schedule an appointment. Technician they sent was pleasant and professional. Diagnosed the problem and suggested a replacement. Installed the new opener quickly. Explained its features and how to use. Cleaned up after the install and removed all packaging and the old door and hardware. Would highly recommend.

Tech Lewis R, really great guy. Knowledgeable and trusting. I would hire him for my company. I needed a new opener due to age of system and a broken spring/ misc repairs. Prior homeowners install. Great job by Lewis. Very concerned about the price and the markup of stock items used. The lift master opener is a generic stock item selling retail for $400 max. Complete kit. Your price was $1700. Nylon rollers, Aircraft cable markup must be way over 10 times cost. I get tariffs but…. I needed the work done, your company is highly recommended and you get what you pay for. But that $3500 invoice for an opener install, springs, pulley + miscellaneous was high. I would recommend your company for the quality and personal. Price/cost not so much.
