Our garage door broke on a Sunday morning with 2 cars trapped inside. Service was promised between 2 and 6 PM and the technician, Shane Fazal, came right on time, as promised. He assessed the problem and gave me a quote with options and was helpful with the pricing. While the cost was extremely expensive, we had few options to shop on a Sunday, so we agreed. Shane did an excellent job, was friendly and helpful and kept me informed as he did his work. He made sure we were satisfied before he left and informed me of other services that might be needed. He was terrific. But the cost was very high so unless you have an emergency like I did, shop if you care about price.

Garage door opened died today. Only company I could find open on a Sunday. They were at my house within 1 of my call. Shane was my tech. He was very knowledgeable gave me my options and prices upfront no hidden cost. Once I decided he went right to work and finished the job in a couple of hours. Cleaned up and test and showed me how everything worked. I recommend him highly. Overall Precision did a great job. Price was a little high but very knowledgeable techs. They give you a 10 year warranty as well. Great job

Precision Garage Door was highly recommended by a friend. Everyone I have spoken to is very friendly and helpful, which I really appreciate as a senior! They respond timely, are very knowledgable and professional, and very patient explaining choices & procedures. Their work is meticulous and they clean up after themselves, so I could just enjoy my new purchase! That goes for when they installed the door several years ago and when I recently had them add an inside lock on the door. I found out that when the power goes out, the door can be opened by pushing it up from the outside. So if you don't have a backup power source, consider adding that to your purchase. He then examined my garage door which also was old and determined that the door was in great shape but needed springs and other parts replaced.
