We had dealt with Precision in 2017 when we decided that the cables and the pulleys on the garage door should be inspected. We were happy because the technician showed up on time and took care of what was necessary to overhaul the doors. When our keypad to open our garage was no longer working, we called Precision. We called Precision initially to fix a broken spring. Shane showed up same day! He explained the different options to fix the existing problem and when asked, he also gave us options to replace both openers (we have 2 garage door openers that are at least 10 years old). He was extremely patient answering all of our questions. We ultimately decided to replace everything on both garage doors, and are glad that we did. Upon completion Shane assisted me in installing the app and setting everything up on my phone, as well as programming my car! He left the garage clean (maybe cleaner than before he came? lol). I would not hesitate to contact Precision for repairs or purchase and installation of new garage door openers. P.S. - ask for Shane :)

This morning I had an emergency with my garage door , where the cable snapped and the spring broke. Not knowing who to call, precision was the first name that came up on goggle, so I read through all the customer reviews and decided to call them. They were efficient with all notifications, the repairman Shane called to let me know he was on his way and I received a picture and a history of Shane. That in itself was comforting. Shane was professional, on time, went over my options, completed the job, tested everything, cleaned up and left. WOW!, I was impressed. Our garage door broke on a Sunday morning with 2 cars trapped inside. Service was promised between 2 and 6 PM and the technician, Shane Fazal, came right on time, as promised. He assessed the problem and gave me a quote with options and was helpful with the pricing. While the cost was extremely expensive, we had few options to shop on a Sunday, so we agreed. Shane did an excellent job, was friendly and helpful and kept me informed as he did his work. He made sure we were satisfied before he left and informed me of other services that might be needed. He was terrific. But the cost was very high so unless you have an emergency like I did, shop if you care about price.
