Our Tech, Ryan, was amazing! Our garage door broke around 7:30am. We were able to request an appointment shortly after and were immediately contacted to say a technician would be with us between 8am and 12pm. With a 30 min notice, they arrived around 10:45am and were finished diagnosing the problem, presenting several options, and fixing it by 12pm! Efficient and friendly service! I would definitely recommend!!!!

They had me at Hello!! From the intake phone call the night before, to the fast response to getting Isreal out to see my garage problem and fixing it with confidence, to same day sending out a salesperson Mike to go over options of a new door they were all professional courteous and knowledgeable. The process of sending texts and emails of a picture of the staff was helpful and assuring it was not a scam or imposter. The followup and contract of the agreed work to be done was prompt and professional. I have total confidence of Precision Garage Door so far.
