Danny, your technician was excellent however the price for what he felt needed to be done was exorbitant. Your 3” pulleys were way overpriced and I was able to pick up 4 heavy duty for less than $20. I can swap those out myself and save hundreds.

Precision Door Service greatly exceeded expectations in delivering highest quality service and proven expertise. Jacob and Ryan arrived as scheduled this morning to install new car remotes as well as to perform needed maintenance. It was obvious they knew their jobs and take great pride in their work. Thanks to their guidance and skills, our garage door chassis now benefits from an immediate upgrade. Movement is smooth, quiet, and efficient. The installation of an exterior wall mounted keypad was an excellent suggestion as it saves time and adds flexibility. Throughout the process we were advised as to options and the cost associated with each. We chose the "long term solution" ... which was reasonable and affordable. One of the springs broke late on Friday afternoon. Called Precision right away. Had a technician at my home early on Saturday. Israel was the tech. Not only did he explain all the options and costs, he was very friendly and polite. After an hour, the garage door was up and running better than ever. Highly recommend!

Mr. Issac was prompt and efficient and very helpful. He answered all my questions freely without any hesitations and he explained what needed to be done and what I should do to prevent the problem from happening in the future. He replaced my garage door sensors which were faulty and he readjusted and repositioned the new ones where they would not be easily damaged.

The sales person, Andrew Levy, was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. The doors and motor arrived ahead of schedule as we requested. Jeff Reid, the installer, was great. Danny the service technician fixed our garage door spring and explained the whole lift master garage door opener to us, I had this garage door and opener installed by another local company and was not pleased with their service so I decided to called Precision and couldn’t be more happier!
