I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. I have been using them for several years now. They are easy to contact, they respond very promptly, and are very security mindful. They send a photo of the technician who is responding and notify you when he is on the way. We had dealt with Precision in 2017 when we decided that the cables and the pulleys on the garage door should be inspected. We were happy because the technician showed up on time and took care of what was necessary to overhaul the doors. When our keypad to open our garage was no longer working, we called Precision. We decided to buy a new garage door opener for both garage doors since both garage door openers were both pretty old. and our latest car could not access the garage without a transmitter. We are so pleased with our new garage door openers. The motor is so much quieter, and we are really impressed at how well it works. We were very pleased with our technician Shane Fazal. He finished the job in a timely manner, and set everything up for us. He was very professional and spent time explaining all the different features, so that we understood how everything worked.

Amazing service! Incredibly knowledgable! And very, very nice! Highly recommend! My garage door (springs) broke on Monday night. Couldn’t open the garage door, 2 cars locked inside, only 1 car outside. Major problem. Called Precision at 8pm Monday night - made an appt for Tuesday btwn 12-4. John showed up at 12:30, fixed and done and back to normal in less than 2 hours.

We have two garage doors. The first opener was replaced earlier this year. Precision did a great job. So when my second opener went bad Precision was the obvious choice. They came on time, they were professional and quick.

Service tech ( John ) called and introduced himself and stated approximate time of arrival. After arriving John assessed the situation and explained the problem. He then proceeded to offer solutions to fix my problem and let me decide which solution I wanted to use. He worked neatly and quickly . Very pleased with John and the service provided.

I chose Precision for my repair because Precision had installed my door in July 2019. The Tech who came to my house to do the repairs was Israel Hixson. Israel arrived on time and proceeded to do a very extensive review of the issues involved. Israel explained in a very professional and understandable manor what my options were. He proceeded to do all the repairs that were needed . He completed all the work very quickly which I appreciated. Israel Hixson is definitely an amazing asset to your company ! Israel did a great job. Our garage needs new drywall, so there was nowhere to run wires (well), but he was very diligent in trying to run them cleanly and temporarily, pending putting new insulation and drywall in place. He also lubricated the door, and it moves much more smoothly and quietly -- I didn't request this extra step and there was no additional fee. Would definitely use this company again.
