We were lucky enough to call about getting a garage door opener installed and they came to our home within hours. Mike P and John were able to explain our options in detail. They were then able to complete the installation right then and there. They were very professional and friendly. When the installation was complete they walked us through all of the parts and how it works, including how to properly download the app to be able to work it from our phones.

I was very happy with the technician. However, for what was done i feel i was overcharged, correcting a wire and no parts $216.00 I feel i should have been charged for a service call only.

thank you for the feedback, we feel the 9pt safety eye package is a good value. we inspect and adjusted your safety eyes, we securley fastened to the track, we inspected all wiring at the motor-head, wall control and sensor's. we also checked your force settings and travel limits.

We were impressed from the start, as we received no fewer than three phone calls to confirm the service time and let us know the technician was on his way. Mike arrived at the very beginning of the window were given, and did a systematic and thorough examination of our door system. Repairs were done in good time, and our garage door never worked so smoothly or quietly. Precision is now our go-to service.
