Upon arriving both technicians intoduced themselves and shook my hand. They listened intensively to my explanation of how my garage door was malfunctioning. After inspecting the garage door aparatus they explained what was wrong and how it could be fixed. I was given 2 options. They explained both options. Danny, your technician was excellent however the price for what he felt needed to be done was exorbitant. Your 3” pulleys were way overpriced and I was able to pick up 4 heavy duty for less than $20. I can swap those out myself and save hundreds.
