The service is top notch. Starting from calling and getting a "real" person to answer my questions and setting up an appointment, for that day!! to Robert, my technician. Robert was very professional and knowledgeable. After a few observations, he knew what to do and fixed it promptly. He also gave suggestions on the remaining areas of my garage door. Will not hesitate to use Percision again.

the garage install that I had yesterday, was amazing the professional and excellent customer service was great. they explained everything as well as fixed the other issues that I had. The install was exceptional and perfect. Danny, your technician was excellent however the price for what he felt needed to be done was exorbitant. Your 3” pulleys were way overpriced and I was able to pick up 4 heavy duty for less than $20. I can swap those out myself and save hundreds.
