I am very pleased with Precision Garage. From the very beginning, the sales rep (Michael) was excellent, to the financing options, scheduling, to install, they all have been great. Brian and Joe installed my doors today, they were both professional , personable and knowledgable. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. I have been using them for several years now. They are easy to contact, they respond very promptly, and are very security mindful. My 22 year old garage door wasn’t opening properly for a week. I had used Precision in the past and remembered Danny Salas who did a great job then and now. Danny is very professional and a great guy. He was at my house in an hour He took time to explain what the problem was and in another hour I had an updated opener, key pad inside and outside and two openers for the car. Upon arriving both technicians intoduced themselves and shook my hand. They listened intensively to my explanation of how my garage door was malfunctioning. After inspecting the garage door aparatus they explained what was wrong and how it could be fixed. I was given 2 options. They explained both options. Their truck was stocked with the parts necessary to complete the repair of my garage door. I would highly recommend this company.
