My 15 year old Sears Craftmen garage door opener had finally run its course. Nick came and advised it best to replace the unit with a new Geni model. Evidently the one part on the Sears product failed and was no longer available. Whether it was or not I thought it best to replace the entire unit. Nick accomplished the install in a few hours and did a great job. Happy to know that it has a 15 year warranty. Nick was knowledge and had a very focused friendly attitude. Thank You, Don Brown

Elaine from Precision was gracious, quick, clear and very helpful. She scheduled a repairman while I was on the phone and was assured that Danny would be at my home before 4:00 that afternoon. Danny called 30 minutes before he showed up at 2:15 and by 3:30 my garage door was repaired and fully functional. Replaced rusted and frayed cables also. My door will work for another 10 years! Work is guaranteed for 5 years.

My garage door was not going down and appeared to turn off. I called the office at 2:30 P.M. Danny called me at 3 and was there by 4. We went over the problem tried to find the least expensive alternatives and with continued investigation, Danny discovered that even though it was a new door was replaced in 09 the motor (1999) was not replaced. He provided me with replacement choices, of which I am very satisfied.
