Precision Garage Door Service did a Fantastic job on repairing my garage door, Israel H. was very professional and knowledgable , arrived on time was neat and cleaned up after the service was completed, after realigning my garage door he installed a metal brace to secure the garage door opener to the wall, aligned the sensors, inspected the motor gears and sprocket and reset the trolly assembly,tightened all the nuts and bolts to the motor assembly. I would recommend Precision Garage Door Service and Israel H. to anyone needing garage door repairs or installing a new garage door opener.

Precision Garage Door is amazing. My experience two years ago on my purchase of a new door was 5 star all around. From the sales person to the customer service reps to the installers. All personnel extremely professional, and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I have strongly recommended them to anyone who asks. My current experience just reconfirmed my opinion. I called them up to troubleshoot an issue, they had a service tech at my house the very next morning. The technician, Israel, was above and beyond professional, courteous, and extremely competent in diagnosing and rectifying the issue. He explained in detail the cause of the issue and what he did to rectify. But what amazed me the most was that there wasn’t even a billing charge for a service call or the repair. In comparison, I had an electrician and a generator technician at the house the previous week and they both wanted $175 just to walk in the door, and the Generator technician was a no show on the scheduled date. The Precision Garage tech not only arrived at the scheduled time, he called me to give me an ETA when he was on his way. Once again an extremely positive 5 star experience with Precision Garage Door, not many companies out there these days that check all the boxes in professionalism, customer service, competence, integrity, and complete customer satisfaction in all aspects.

Kevin was very professional. He explained things very carefully, gave me a number of options, and we agreed on a specific product. Our garage is also used for a lot of storage items and he worked around everything and never complained. He reset all the remotes even the one that is permanently installed in my wifes car. After everything was complete, he took the time again to explain the entire operation of the opener I was very impressed!!!!

Our garage door keypad was not working and the door just wouldn't operate, so we contacted Precision Garage Door Service, as they installed our keypad. Nick arrived and it turned out to be a minor problem, as he had to just reprogram our keypad. For the cost of doing that, we decided to go with a new keypad as the cost was just $10 more. Nick also checked our entire system to see if anything else needed fixing. We were good, and I found Nick to be very honest and upfront. They are a good company, and they come when you call them. You do not have to wait over a week for them to come to your home.

Biggest scammers on the planet. We paid around $1100 for a garage door opener that you could purchase from home depot for around 3 to $400. I made piece with that price because the original tech that came to our house told my wife and I that if we had any problems in the future that they would come and fix it and Due to a recent illness, I am handicapped and figured that I could no longer do any work, so it sounded like a fair deal. the tech also made it sound that we would not be charged for problems given the high price tag premium that we paid. with that said. we had a problem with the key pad not working , they sent out a tech and my wife was charged $350 for what??????????? fixing a battery in a key pad? I thought that because we paid such a high premium for the origingal install, that we would not be charged or at least be charged something reasonable. l guess I was wrong. stay away from these scammers.
