I chose Precision for my repair because Precision had installed my door in July 2019. The Tech who came to my house to do the repairs was Israel Hixson. Israel arrived on time and proceeded to do a very extensive review of the issues involved. Israel explained in a very professional and understandable manor what my options were. He proceeded to do all the repairs that were needed . He completed all the work very quickly which I appreciated. Israel Hixson is definitely an amazing asset to your company ! Three times I’ve used Precision Garage Door - 2 times in LI and one time in NC. Where possible, I endeavor to work with companies who specialize in their craft - that now includes garage doors. In all three instances, these guys have REALLY known their stuff and I’ve enjoyed a very positive experience across the board. As per the usual, I received a reminder the day before my appointment, which was helpful since I admittedly forget about it. Also per the usual, I received proactive updates on timing and a bio the technician prior to arrival. John was our guy today - he was professional, knowledgeable and clear in his communication - top grades in my view. My house in NC will need new springs in a year or so and I fully plan to use Precision for the job.

The service tech - Kevin- and the trainee with him did a great job but the cost is unreasonably high. For less than $50 in parts for installation work that took less than an hour - to be charged nearly $700 seems unreasonable. And that's after reducing the suggested repair cost of over $2,200 to only the minimum parts needed to get the door up and running again.

The two gentlemen that came to install our new garage door were courteous, professional and did a great job. The were held up at a previous job and stayed after dark until everything was installed and working. Great job.

Excellent service!! Isaac offered a thorough explanation of the condition of my existing opener and offered options to replace it. The work was completed the same day and he took ample time to walk me through the new features. The job was done quickly and the garage was left clean when the work was completed.

I called one day and the next day they were at my house ready to fix the problem. My technician Israel was so polite and professional. He finished replacing my broken spring and adjusted the travel limits on the electric garage door opener in less than 30 minutes. Israel took his job seriously and I could tell he enjoyed his work. Joe is a a pleasant, honest and knowledgeable employee. His work is efficient with the correct tools and handling of equipment. We were quite glad that he was able to beat the storm with his arrival and repair so I could move my car before the tidal surge of 3 feet hit Babylon!
