The technician arrived at my house when expected. Franscisco was polite and introduced himself. After looking over my garage door opener, he explained why it did not go up and adjusted the settings. He also informed me that LED light bulbs might be the issue as to why I cannot pair my garage door with my auto. Fixed the problem.

I called Saturday morning and that afternoon Joe came and looked over my garage door opener. He gave me a fair price and wanted to install it that day but I had evening plans. So we easily scheduled another day and Joe was there on time and did a great job. I definitely recommend Precision and of course Joe who was courteous, knowledgeable, and, competent.

Precision sent Joe Leonard over the very afternoon I called the company. Joe called before he came and asked specific questions to which I was able to give Joe enough info for us to start making some decisions. As soon as he arrived and we started talking I was comfortable with his knowledge and professionalism. I also liked the fact that Joe had so many good things to say about his company. The best option was to replace vs. repair, and I believe the best choice was to go with Joe and Precision.
