After determining what was wrong with my garage doors, he offered me three options to choose from. I decided to replace all the parts as they were quite old. Lewis was assigned to install a new rubber seal on bottom of my garage door. The seal in his truck didn't fit. He had to order one that would. In a week I was notified it had come in.The following day Lewis came to install the seal. My garage door is working perfectly now! Lewis was experienced and professional. My garage door was in need of some major repairs. Precision was able to come the very next morning. Their technician, Israel, was super. In no time he was able to replace both cables, both springs and 4 pulleys. My garage door works like new and is super quiet when it opens and closes. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Service was perfect! Technician on time, polite and very helpful and seemed to know what he was doing. One problem the invoice was not broken down stating where a coupon for $25.00 had been deducted from. The bill states separately from work done minus $25.00 but no reference as to the amount it was deducted from. Then the bill states an amount minus senior discount and taxes then total amount. That was my only problem. Otherwise amazing service!!!

Shane and Nick were very professional, knowledgeable and explained in detail the options that were offered to fix the problems with my garage door operating system. Shane called me when he was about 30 minutes away. Upon completion of the work, which was done in a timely manner, Shane and Nick went over what they had installed and corrected with the garage door. The work was done very neatly and I would highly recommend Shane and Nick.
