I, Nancy Costa, chose Precision Door Service because of the excellent experience I had in the past. I was very fortunate to have John Fusco as the technician who turned up my garage door. John was not only knowledgeable in his field, but patient in answering my questions explaining all aspects of the door. He did inform me of the special packages Precision offered, but was not interested in putting good money into something old. I did explain that I would rather purchase a new door which he showed me samples. I will most likely purchase a new door and will definitely use his name for recommendation. As a Chief Human Resources Officer involved with recruiting, I would definitely hire John for my team.
