Couldn't be more happier with the service I received. I had an old garage door with a unique problem / repair that was no problem for the technician. The repair he did was excellent. The work was neat, and everything was cleaned up after he was finished. He took the time to explain everything to me and there were no surprises. Also, when calling to schedule, the customer service was excellent. I received text messages confirming the appointment and text messages when the technician was on his way. I was given a 4 hour window the day before which was great so I did not have to stick around the house all day waiting. I would definitely use again.

This was the first time that I used Precision Garage Door.The company is very professional. When I called, Ethan answered all my questions pertaining to a new garage door opener. George, my technician was fabulous. He was on time ,neat professional and very efficient. Precision has their own corporate trucks fully stocked. This avoids delays in fixing the problem. I have used other companies in the past but none of these compared to the professionalism of Precision.

I was very impressed with the professionals of Precision. From the person making the appointment to the technician that did the repair, everyone was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I voiced my concern to the person who answered the phone. I was home alone and my garage door was stuck in an open position. Anyone could have walked right into my house. The representative made sure she got someone to my home in record time. I loved getting an email with the name picture and a little story about the tech who would be doing my repair.

Garage door spring broke Sunday evening. Thankfully precision door was open and accepting calls. In short order I got an appointment for Monday morning when Isaac came, walked me through the issue / repair process and ultimately replaced the broken parts. The technician arrived at my house when expected. Franscisco was polite and introduced himself. After looking over my garage door opener, he explained why it did not go up and adjusted the settings. He also informed me that LED light bulbs might be the issue as to why I cannot pair my garage door with my auto. Fixed the problem.
