We had a garage door opener installed on our existing garage door that we purchased from Precision in 2018. Our technician John Fusco arrived on time, assessed the job, gave me a couple of choices and explained each. Job went flawlessly. He was thorough, worked clean and was very personable. Service tech ( John ) called and introduced himself and stated approximate time of arrival. After arriving John assessed the situation and explained the problem. He then proceeded to offer solutions to fix my problem and let me decide which solution I wanted to use. He worked neatly and quickly . Very pleased with John and the service provided.

Couldn't be more happier with the service I received. I had an old garage door with a unique problem / repair that was no problem for the technician. The repair he did was excellent. The work was neat, and everything was cleaned up after he was finished. He took the time to explain everything to me and there were no surprises. Also, when calling to schedule, the customer service was excellent. I received text messages confirming the appointment and text messages when the technician was on his way. I was given a 4 hour window the day before which was great so I did not have to stick around the house all day waiting. I would definitely use again.

I was very impressed with the professionals of Precision. From the person making the appointment to the technician that did the repair, everyone was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I voiced my concern to the person who answered the phone. I was home alone and my garage door was stuck in an open position. Anyone could have walked right into my house. The representative made sure she got someone to my home in record time. I loved getting an email with the name picture and a little story about the tech who would be doing my repair.

In short order I got an appointment for Monday morning when Isaac came, walked me through the issue / repair process and ultimately replaced the broken parts.
