I am very happy with the help I got from precision door co. Both my garage Doors cables and locks had broken, and we could not open either door. My husband is handicap and using the garage door to go out, makes it a lot easier. They sent John Aaron the next day he did a great job. We will definitely use and recommend precision door if we need help again.

Excellent work. Communication was excellent on arrival, who was coming, etc. After a quick explanation of problem and inspection, I was offered options on moving forward. Work was done correctly, tested and approved. Highly recommend them. This was a fix, but may be replacing entire system in future due to renovations. Will not hesitate to use them again.

We saw the advertisement of Precision in a magazine. It was a local firm near us and it was BBB rated. We called and ask for service on our garage door and it was a quick response that they will come the next day. They looked at the garage door and told us we need new springs and rollers and a new lock. We accepted the offer and service was done right there. Service was quick and Lewis was very professional and friendly.

Had Precision Door come to my home for a service call to see how we could remedy a lost key to open door manually if their was ever an issue with lost of electric or bad lift. George Albert was the tech sent out. When he and his partner arrived he introduced himself and assessed the issue. After doing the point check and assessing my concerns he gave me some options and explained them in detailed so that I could make the best decision. I was very satisfied with his professionalism, knowledge and for thinking outside the box. Job was completed in a responsible time frame and George walked me through the steps for opening and closing the door electronically and manually if needed. I was extremely pleased with the job Danny Salas did replacing my garage door opener. He explained my options and cost of each and answered all my questions. He then preformed a meticulous job on the installation and showed me all the openers features. He even repositioned the new opener so the door opens higher so my SUV clears the door easily. When he was finished he even swept the garage ! The whole experience turned out even better than I hoped and when I decide to replace my garage doors you can be sure I will be calling Precision and also requesting Danny to do the job if possible. Thank you !

I looked in my phone for a garage door repair man and found Precision Door’s. It was a pleasure dealing with them. They were more than efficient. They kept in touch with everything. They sent a text with the technicians information and picture. His name was Danny and he was excellent. I would certainly use them again.

Brendan Serranno was our installer. He did a fantastic job. He called previous to arrival as agreed and worked with me long distance as this was a gift for our parents. Brendan took the time to explain everything he was doing. There were a few extras that were needed to ensure the safety and correct operation of the doors which he explained in detail. Five stars plus...My garage door opener (Craftsman) stopped working and as luck would have it, the very next day I received Value-Pak with an ad for Precision. I decided to give them a call (rather than Sears) based on their very informative and professional website. Well, I couldn't have been more pleased with the service. I was given a window when Tom (the Precision tech) would be arriving, and he called ahead of time to advise when he would arrive. He was there on the dot. He proceeded to check out the problem and advised that a quick fix was possible but that since my opener was 16 years old, he recommended a new opener be installed after explaining the problems to me. I agreed that it was time to purchase a new one. Tom worked tirelessly in the freezing cold garage, never complaining and with a good-natured outlook. He was totally professional, highly competent, and very personable. My experience with Precision was the best. Assuming Precision's other techs are as great as Tom, I would recommend them without hesitation.

Precision door installed our garage door in 2016 and we have never had a y issues. Now the battery backup needed to be changed after 8 years and we also had the garage door serviced. The technician George Albert was on time and very professional. We highly recommend him and Precision for your garage door needs.
