We needed a garage door opener repaired and it turned out the unit need replacing. Ryan Swan, our service tech, walked us through options, replaced all the parts and programmed all. We couldn't have been more satisfied with the experience with Precision Overhead Door. GREAT SERVICE; Precision Garage provided excellent service. they were quick to respond. Rob was professional, through, and provided 2 options, A short term and a long term solution. He was truthful & honest. Something you don't find today. We went with the long term solution.....AND I AM SO HAPPY I DID. My garage doors never worked this good. The sales person, Andrew Levy, was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. The doors and motor arrived ahead of schedule as we requested. Jeff Reid, the installer, was great. He worked hard all day long installing two garage doors and motors. The installation was completed, all options on the motors were explained and the garage was left spotless. Very courteous and professional team, arrived on time, reviewed my system and presented me with recommendations to chose from. I replaced my rollers and pulleys with upgraded sealed bearing units and now the operation is so much smoother and quieter! Also did the old door seals, springs and replaced the outside control panel with a new one. My system is now refurbished and ready for the winter.
