He was truthful & honest. Something you don't find today. We went with the long term solution.....AND I AM SO HAPPY I DID. My garage doors never worked this good. They respond timely, are very knowledgable and professional, and very patient explaining choices & procedures. Their work is meticulous and they clean up after themselves, so I could just enjoy my new purchase! That goes for when they installed the door several years ago and when I recently had them add an inside lock on the door. I found out that when the power goes out, the door can be opened by pushing it up from the outside. So if you don't have a backup power source, consider adding that to your purchase.
