Rapid response! I called late afternoon on Tuesday and Tyler promptly scheduled service call for 10 am next day or earlier if I were agreeable. Technician Ryan called at 8 am and arrived promptly. He pleasantly and professionally reviewed all my options. In under two hours 30 year Genie was replaced and door was fully and safely operational. I am thoroughly satisfied with their responsiveness and reliability.

I’ve used Precision in the past and also recommended them to friends. I was super satisfied with their service and so were my friends who purchased a new garage door last week. This time a piece of ceiling in my garage came down and messed up the rollers and the door. I called at 9AM and Kelvin was in my house by 10AM. He did a wonderful job and fixed me up quickly. All fixed!!

We have two garage doors. The first opener was replaced earlier this year. Precision did a great job. So when my second opener went bad Precision was the obvious choice. They came on time, they were professional and quick.

I’d let my fingers do the walking on my iPhone to find someone in my area and precision showed up. I’m very happy with the service I got. I got the call a half hour before they were going to arrive very very courteous Danny and Jamie. They did the repair That was necessary to be able to close the garage door all the way. I am very pleased. They also gave me instructions about the lubrication of the wheels and they took care of lubricating the wheels. I’m 87 years old and everything is difficult for me to do but they help me very much and they were perfect gentlemen. You couldn’t ask for anybody better thank you so much.

Ryan was professional, friendly, quick, and efficient. I had my garage door spring replaced in April, but now the door was coming down hard. I feared the spring was broken.
