Kevin Apple was very personable and knowledgeable, he analyzed the problem and explained 3 levels of repair Good Very Good and Best and priced out and explained each, I selected the very good option and the door opens and closes perfectly. After he fished he cleaned up and even brought in my garbage can. I’m very satisfied and highly recommend him.

We needed a garage door opener repaired and it turned out the unit need replacing. Ryan Swan, our service tech, walked us through options, replaced all the parts and programmed all. I’d let my fingers do the walking on my iPhone to find someone in my area and precision showed up. I’m very happy with the service I got. I got the call a half hour before they were going to arrive very very courteous Danny and Jamie. They did the repair That was necessary to be able to close the garage door all the way. I am very pleased. They also gave me instructions about the lubrication of the wheels and they took care of lubricating the wheels. I’m 87 years old and everything is difficult for me to do but they help me very much and they were perfect gentlemen. You couldn’t ask for anybody better thank you so much.

Ryan was professional, friendly, quick, and efficient. I had my garage door spring replaced in April, but now the door was coming down hard. I feared the spring was broken. Ryan diagnosed the problem and reduced the travel adjustment on the opener, correcting the problem. No charge. Thank you, Precision Garage Door, and Ryan.
