Our Tech, Ryan, was amazing! Our garage door broke around 7:30am. We were able to request an appointment shortly after and were immediately contacted to say a technician would be with us between 8am and 12pm. With a 30 min notice, they arrived around 10:45am and were finished diagnosing the problem, presenting several options, and fixing it by 12pm! Efficient and friendly service! I would definitely recommend!!!!

I normally do not leave reviews, but in this instance i was not happy. I had called to have a service tech come out to have my door fixed, over the phone i was quoted between $240-$700 to replace a spring. When the service tech came i was told it would be $1,054 to replace the two overhead torsion springs. I went ahead with the work. To be honest i completely understand cost of materials and labor, but over 1k for two springs that probably cost $100 each and an hour to fix is outrageous. I was also told that if the door did not operate correctly because the opener had to be reset for stopping it would have been an additional $300, which takes no more than 5min. Im actually purchasing two new garage doors in the near future and i will be looking elsewhere

Had my garage installed a year ago and had a recent problem with my WiFi. When I called for a service appointment they could not tell me if it was covered by warranty and da aid it would be $70. They get here and charge $345 for a 5 minute fix that I could have and would have done myself if I was told when I made the appointment. Felt like a bait and switch. Way overpriced for such an easy fix

Beautiful garage door design, sturdy and installed well. But the app for the atuo door was a pain, so I had it uninstalled and just used the basics, open and close. I had to get a rep back to change this and he even had a problem with the wifi. Without this annoying technology I would have given it 5 stars.

I contacted Precision at 10:30 AM for a broken spring on my garage door to be repaired and received a call from Heather by 11AM. She was very helpful and scheduled an appointment for the same afternoon. Moments later I received a confirmation email with a short resume of the technician scheduled to come give me an estimate and a 4 hour window to be expected. Within the hour Danny called to say he was on the way. He was very thorough explaining all that needed to be done and gave the estimate. I was very appreciative when he saw my concern and offered the senior discount as well as the veteran discount. He was not a pushy salesman which I loved. I signed the authorization to change the springs and had 2 new hinges to replace broken ones I had never noticed. All the parts were on the truck and the repair took less than an hour. I can't say enough about the courtesy and respect shown by Danny. I whole heartily recommend Precision for any garage door needs. Thank you
