Precision Garage Door Service did a Fantastic job on repairing my garage door, Israel H. was very professional and knowledgable , arrived on time was neat and cleaned up after the service was completed, after realigning my garage door he installed a metal brace to secure the garage door opener to the wall, aligned the sensors, inspected the motor gears and sprocket and reset the trolly assembly,tightened all the nuts and bolts to the motor assembly. I would recommend Precision Garage Door Service and Israel H. to anyone needing garage door repairs or installing a new garage door opener.

I was able to book an appointment quicklly.My service tech Isaac Rodriguez was very professional and first inspected my old unit. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining all of my available choices for a repair or complete replacement. I appreciated that I did not feel pressured in anyway.He gave ample time to think about what I would like to do according to what I would like to spend. my unit was over 11 years old and I had not been service in a while. I decided to go with complete replacement, and I am completely satisfied even better. The job was able to be done the day of my appointment. Precision was the second company I called as my garage door was not working. The first company never showed up. I made the appointment they communicated right upto the serviceman. The serviceman, Danny Salas, called 20 minutes prior to his arrival. He was confident and knew right away what needed to be completed. He went to work and within 45 minutes everything was working. He was professional and very knowledgeable. Moving forward Danny will be the only person I would call to help me with the door. I will definitely recommend Precision.
