Precision Overhead Garage Door Service technician Lewis Rodriguez serviced a garage door at my home that was binding, at times would not close and was very noisy. He completely replaced all moving parts and adjusted the door so that it now closes smoothly and quietly. Lewis prior to completing the work on the door provided a detailed explanation of the proposed work and parts needed to repair the door as well as the cost of the work to be done. We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Precision. The office notified us that the technician was running a little late because of an unforeseen complication at a previous job. My phone call to Precision was answered professionally and an appointment set up for the following afternoon. The technician called to let me know that he had one appointment left before mine and gave me an approximate amount of time that the appointment and travel time would take. He said he would call again when he was leaving that appointment which he did. He was polite and greeted me in a friendly, professional manner when he arrived. He asked me what the issues were, explained what needed to be done and gave me a price for the repair. He attempted one repair to a damaged door and gave it his best shot; unfortunately, it could not be repaired and would need replacing which was what I thought might be the case. He then proceeded to replace the damaged spring on another door. His work was neat and clean and the company's pricing was fair. I would definitely call them again and would recommend them to others. The technician was great!
