Israel was very friendly and courteous. He explained the different options available to me with the garage door opener. He explained and demonstrated how it all worked when he was finished. This was the first time using Precision and I will use again and will definitely recommend!

Rob Weber did the service and install of a new liftmaster motor. I couldn’t be happier with the service ! Professionalism and experience,. And of course the Liftmaster product.as I am a 20 yr plus owner of their products. Robert is an asset to the company. Highly recommend Precision and their local installers .

Justin was given a rating of 10 because he was courteous, competent & very neat. Your company advertising & web page is very impressive. I particularly liked the pictures and bio of your employees. However, I think the price I was charged was way above the industry average. I never expected to pay over $600 for springs, rollers, pullies and cables. I was sold a package that included a 5 year no questions asked guarantee including parts and labor. However, the receipt does not show that guarantee in writing. Is it valid?
