Israel came to fix my garage door the cable has come off. He called and kept me informed s to when he was coming. He was very courteous, personable and well mannered. He fixed the cable and told me what I would need in the future for maintenance. I felt he was very honest and I trusted him. He didn’t push anything which is what i liked and felt comfortable with. I did have him replace the rollers while he was here being the garage doors are 15 years old. I would definitely use Precision again and would want Israel to do the service.

Precision Garage Doors originally installed my garage door and opener several years ago. They did a great job then. This was only the only second time I needed service since then and they did an exceptional job. The appt was arranged quickly and the tech arrived at the noted time. The tech was Isaac Rodriguez who explained what the issue was and what he needed to do to resolve it and approx how long it would take. He finished the repair sooner than expected. He also noticed another small issue and repaired it as well. I would recommend Precision Door highly.

Can't say enough about Precision and their service! Was able to get an appointment immediately and my garage door was fixed quickly and professionally. Their service guy Israel provided three repair options and explained each. I had the option to "just repair" the broken part, or to have the door fully re-worked. Great Job all around! Highly recommend!

A bolt snapped off my garage door opener. I called Precision~ they gave me a quick appointment. Was called to confirm and then Israel called before he came. Quickly fixed door And explained reason for problem well. I will use them again if needed.
