This morning I had an emergency with my garage door , where the cable snapped and the spring broke. Not knowing who to call, precision was the first name that came up on goggle, so I read through all the customer reviews and decided to call them. They were efficient with all notifications, the repairman Shane called to let me know he was on his way and I received a picture and a history of Shane. That in itself was comforting. Shane was professional, on time, went over my options, completed the job, tested everything, cleaned up and left. WOW!, I was impressed. I’m so happy I called them and will definitely recommend them.

These guys are the best. They installed my belt drive a few years ago. Got a next day appointment when I called and they goodwill warranteed a backup battery without even me asking. Israel came to fix my garage door the cable has come off. He called and kept me informed s to when he was coming. He was very courteous, personable and well mannered. He fixed the cable and told me what I would need in the future for maintenance. I felt he was very honest and I trusted him. He didn’t push anything which is what i liked and felt comfortable with. I did have him replace the rollers while he was here being the garage doors are 15 years old. I would definitely use Precision again and would want Israel to do the service.

Precision Garage Doors originally installed my garage door and opener several years ago. They did a great job then. This was only the only second time I needed service since then and they did an exceptional job. The appt was arranged quickly and the tech arrived at the noted time. The tech was Isaac Rodriguez who explained what the issue was and what he needed to do to resolve it and approx how long it would take. He finished the repair sooner than expected. He also noticed another small issue and repaired it as well. I would recommend Precision Door highly.
