I called for help with a nonfunctioning cable and within 3-4 hours a technician, Tim, arrived ready ...and able...to go to work. Within 2 hours the new equipment was installed, the garage was cleaned up and we had our broken garage mechanism fixed. Great company, terrific technician. Would highly recommend. What wonderful service. Everything was fast. I got to speak to someone whenever I wanted. Then you immediately send over this terrific guy, Tim, to fix my garage door, which he did in no time at all. I thought it was the opener, turned out to be the door. Am I satisfied? ABSOLUTELY!
