Had my garage installed a year ago and had a recent problem with my WiFi. When I called for a service appointment they could not tell me if it was covered by warranty and da aid it would be $70. They get here and charge $345 for a 5 minute fix that I could have and would have done myself if I was told when I made the appointment. Felt like a bait and switch. Way overpriced for such an easy fix

I contacted Precision at 10:30 AM for a broken spring on my garage door to be repaired and received a call from Heather by 11AM. She was very helpful and scheduled an appointment for the same afternoon. Moments later I received a confirmation email with a short resume of the technician scheduled to come give me an estimate and a 4 hour window to be expected. Within the hour Danny called to say he was on the way. He was very thorough explaining all that needed to be done and gave the estimate. I was very appreciative when he saw my concern and offered the senior discount as well as the veteran discount. He was not a pushy salesman which I loved. I signed the authorization to change the springs and had 2 new hinges to replace broken ones I had never noticed. All the parts were on the truck and the repair took less than an hour. I can't say enough about the courtesy and respect shown by Danny. I whole heartily recommend Precision for any garage door needs. Thank you

I can't thank Danny and his assistant enough for their professionalism! Our electric garage door wouldn't open. He was so kind and understanding. My husband is bedridden and I had to handle this matter in my own. He is the epitome of kindness and patience. He explained what needed to be done, did it and then made sure I understood and was able to open and close the garage door

Precision repair men came within an hour of my calling. Both Dan and Kelvyn were professional and knowledgeable. They repaired my garage door springs and reset the motor . They were quick and efficient, and explained everything coming back with a price for repair. As soon as I approved what was to be done, they went to work! I opened my door to the garage this morning and found a spring attached to the opener hanging down where it should not have been. I went to the internet and found Precision Overhead Garage door Service. Looking over the comments and guarantees I gave them a call. It was 6:30 in the morning and while I was able to book an appointment online, I needed to speak to someone so I’d feel more secure! A nice man answered and I booked an appointment for later in the day. Although the service person was held up, I received a call informing me he would be later than expected, which I so appreciated! Then he called later to let me know he was on his way! When he arrived he was so nice, cordial and personable while remaining completely professional! He gave me three options after accessing my issue, explained each one and gave me costs for each. After choosing my plan, he set to work and was finished in about half an hour! His work was completed and perfect! He tested everything, applied lubricant and made sure all was well! He solved my problem and explained everything I needed to know and adjusted the pull string to keep me safe! I am extremely happy, not only with the service, but with the complete professionalism, kindness and caring this man showed me! I will never call anyone else if I have any issues with my garage door opener, and you shouldn’t either Five Stars!!!

As expected Danny Was on time and ready to rock and roll. But there was nothing to fix because the issue turned out to be user error. Our boiler guy manually unlocked the door and it would not able to close mechanically.

Scheduling on line was easy. I was informed of tech travel time and photo and background before he ever arrived. Spoke to Danny on the phone. When he arrived he was courteous, professional, neat, quick. He explained everything before I decided which option was best for me. He did not upsell. He took the time to go over the keypad, remote, buttons, lights, and phone up. He gave me options for future repairs if I wanted. He told me that my last repair company used the wrong size springs. Only thing not happy about is cost was way over what is suggested on multiple home repair websites for residential installation. Danny was 5 stars
