The garage technician was precise and finished within 20 minutes. The downside overpriced! I was shocked it cost over $800 just to replace garage springs, wheel rollers and to connect two Cable‘s. And one cable for “safety”. Maybe I should get a job with you guys?

Your Service Repair Representative, Francisco Taveras, was very courteous, helpful and professional. I will consider using your company in the future if needed. Also, the Service Repair Representative, I will request for him for my repairs. Also, being a local company and the quick response for the service was great.

I called Precision to repair my garage door opener. Precision is a company that is run correctly. Very professional. I was notified by text confirming my appt. On the day of my appt. I received a text with the technician's name and photo. My wife was home during the repair. I was not, but she informed me that our technician, John Aaron Hixson was very professional and nice. The motor of my old garage door was burned out, so John was able to replace it that day. He also had all the materials to replace my old worn out rollers which were making the door run rough and probably caused the old motor to burn out. The new set up works great. The door runs smoother than it has ever run and very quiet. The only negative thing I can say about the whole situation is that it was a very pricey fix. I never expected it to cost that much money, but the job was done correctly and that is the bottom line. I would rather pay more money and have it done right than pay less and have a job done wrong.
