Our garage door keypad was not working and the door just wouldn't operate, so we contacted Precision Garage Door Service, as they installed our keypad. Nick arrived and it turned out to be a minor problem, as he had to just reprogram our keypad. For the cost of doing that, we decided to go with a new keypad as the cost was just $10 more. Nick also checked our entire system to see if anything else needed fixing. We were good, and I found Nick to be very honest and upfront. They are a good company, and they come when you call them. You do not have to wait over a week for them to come to your home.

10-7-2025 I had to replace my 22 year old Precision Garage door motor PDS-4600 with a Lift Master 8450R Secure view. I called Precision Door as I had a slight emergency with my garage door and honestly I was taken back with the ease and professionalism of the representative who booked my appointment My technician was John who was a total professional, knowledgeable and honest. He assessed the situation and explained the problem or potential problems and gave me 3 estimates for different stages of services and at no time was there any pressure to sell me the higher service which honestly impressed me . His work was clean and he took his time to make sure it was done right and that I was satisfied. We are already customers, and I hit the wrong digit on the keypad so I was unable to access the garage through the keypad. I was able to access the garage through the remote, but my husband uses the keypad. You sent George to come and reset the keypad and he also advised that our rollers were looking worn. I told him to go ahead and replace the rollers, which he did. I was very happy with the work that George did and he was on time and very respectful. You have a wonderful worker with George and you should be very proud!

The garage technician was precise and finished within 20 minutes. The downside overpriced! I was shocked it cost over $800 just to replace garage springs, wheel rollers and to connect two Cable‘s. And one cable for “safety”. Maybe I should get a job with you guys?

I called Precision to repair my garage door opener. Precision is a company that is run correctly. Very professional. I was notified by text confirming my appt. On the day of my appt. I received a text with the technician's name and photo. My wife was home during the repair. I was not, but she informed me that our technician, John Aaron Hixson was very professional and nice. The motor of my old garage door was burned out, so John was able to replace it that day. He also had all the materials to replace my old worn out rollers which were making the door run rough and probably caused the old motor to burn out. The new set up works great. The door runs smoother than it has ever run and very quiet. The only negative thing I can say about the whole situation is that it was a very pricey fix. I never expected it to cost that much money, but the job was done correctly and that is the bottom line. I would rather pay more money and have it done right than pay less and have a job done wrong.
