I could not be happier with the prompt, courteous and professional service I received. I got an appointment for repair within less than 24 hours of my initial phone call, and the problems affecting my two garage doors were diagnosed and thoroughly addressed by the technician, Jesse. I don't believe I'll need Precision's services any time soon, because everything is in great shape now, but Precision is the only service I'll use or recommend to others. Your website and communications are also excellent. Thanks for everything!

Seriously, the BEST home repair experience I've had in 25 years as a homeowner, EVER. Constant status updates on arrival over text and email, courteous and very well trained technician (Joel Sofia, outstanding!), repair done quickly and expertly. Can they do all my repairs for everything going forward?? These guys are just stellar.

Called Pecision on Friday of Memorial Day weekend. Had a real human answer the phone, which is a rarity. Got an appointment the next day. John showed up on time and got the door fixed quickly. I highly recommend them.
