He kept in communication with me prior to the appointment and arrived on time. He went over the broken equipment and reviewed options for the repair/replacement. We have used Precision several times over the years to deal with our garage door... and each time, they have been careful, meticulous, friendly, and knew what they were doing for sure. Ryan Swan today was exactly that ... listened to what I thought wasn't right (the same thing had happened a few years ago), he knew right away what wasn't working properly and was able to fix it as well as check everything and do another repair we needed. He was great, as well as being very friendly and showed and explained to me what had to be done... So kudos to Precision for having such amazing staff!

Our garage door mechanics broke yesterday afternoon, we were unable to open or close the door. We called Precision right away and they immediately scheduled a visit for today. Ryan our technician arrived on time with multiple texts to us to notify us of his arrival time. Ryan could not have been more professional. He quickly and efficiently replaced our motor and installed a state of the art new system for us. Ryan was amazing. Thank you for your prompt service. Doug and his team were terrific. Confirmed my selected appointment date immediately and kept me updated through the process. The mechanic showed up exactly on time after confirming his arrival time in advance. The installation went smoothly replacing my old garage opener with a new one, programmed the remotes and made sure both our other existing garage door opener and the new one worked with the new remotes. My existing garage door motor failed, after 21 years, on a Saturday afternoon. I was amazed to find Precision Overhead Garage Door Service took calls on Saturdays, and I was even more amazed (and pleased) to find I could schedule a technician's visit for Sunday afternoon. The technician, Jacob, showed up right on time, was pleasant and efficient. He installed a new motor and all the accoutrements in 2 hours, helped me program my car's remote, helped me set up the wifi connection, and just generally oriented me on operation. The price was quite reasonable, and I have a great warranty, and a more powerful motor that is smoother and quieter than my former one. And Jacob also removed the old rail and motor (which would have been difficult to have the recycling center deal with). Five stars, thank you Jacob, and thank you Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. Definitely 5 stars!

I have used Precision before and their service is always exceptional. It is great to be informed of the specific technician who will arrive, along with their photo. My recent service involved replacing the rollers, tightening up some bolts, lubrication, and replacing my keypad. Robert Weber was my tech and I might rate him a 10!
