I have used Precision before and their service is always exceptional. It is great to be informed of the specific technician who will arrive, along with their photo. My recent service involved replacing the rollers, tightening up some bolts, lubrication, and replacing my keypad. Robert Weber was my tech and I might rate him a 10! Professional, knowledgeable, listened to my concerns, reviewed the work with me after it was complete and worked very efficiently. Nice guy. Great experience today and now my door works again!!

Superb customer service! I rarely write a review but I couldn't let this one pass Making an appointment was easy and efficient. Rob followed up with a text immediately after I booked to ensure I had a contact in case of questions. Danny performed the service and was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. I called on Monday, they came on Tuesday. Andrew was terrific. He diagnosed the problem immediately. I received several estimates to update my old system. I will definitely use Precision when we decide exactly which plan to use. I truly appreciate being able to call on the phone and reach a live person immediately. That is so rare today.

Jesse Cole arrived at our house on time and ready to help us. He reviewed all the mechanisms of our three garage doors and recommended the replacement of the cables, rollers, springs and other parts and explained why this work needed to be done and, additionally, that we needed a safety cable. We agreed and he began the work immediately— he had all the necessary parts in his van. Jesse was courteous, smart, efficient and thoroughly professional. He explained everything and kept our garage area clean and neat. We recommend both Precision, and Jesse Cole, extremely highly.

Matthew Nameth came to repair our garage door today. The sensors to close the garage door were not working and the door would not close. Matthew called to give us an estimate of his arrival time and showed up exactly at that time. He offered us a few options to correct the problem and the proceeded to complete that option. Not only is Matthew skilled and competent, he is very personable and a pleasure to deal with. We are thrilled to have a working garage door again and highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any issues pertaining to your garage door.

Dennis G Jesse serviced my garage doors and replaced both the openers that were 20+ years old. I didn’t realize how outdated the existing opener system was. It’s now much quieter, the sensor LED lights much brighter, the safety features and app on my phone with visuals and intercom are a big plus. Jesse did a great job. He was informed , very helpful and did a great job installing.

Great service, prompt, personable. Did the job in no time at all. Checked the other door openers, and made recommendations for future areas of concern and provided ideas for safety. Called before he arrived, was even early. Asked if that would be OK. Took care of everything and closed up when finished. Would recommend this company to anyone that has a garage door issue.
