The staff that came to measure the door and garage frame were excellent. Rick Coleman was a great salesperson to speak with and answer all my questions. I think that the door has taken way too long to build and receive, which I am still waiting for. I do not think it's necessary to send inspectors several times to my home to inspect the framework and write a report before I can order the door. I should have been able to order the door I chose and then had inspectors come to inspect the work. This process has set me back several weeks. I am still waiting for my door which is still not in. The process for your company needs to be relooked at immediately for anyone else looking to purchase your door(s).

Answered all of my questions, explained all the options and installed my new garage door opener beautifully. He went through all the features and even helped me connect the new opener to my Wi-Fi. Your workers were beyond courteous & professional. They were great! Your company on the other hand... leaves much to be desired. They been back to my house 3x for a garage door that is under a year old. Scheduling was horrrendous. They say between 12-2, then send confirmation email saying 2 & up to 4 hrs after! Had to reschedule first appt. due to fact weren’t at house by 2. Second appt. didn’t get there until 2:15, again not workers fault, scheduling department (I figured since they screwed up 1st appt., maybe they would put me first or at least make sure to get to my home before 2... nope). Screws on my less than year old door are rusty, all 12. If I waited any longer would be rust marks all down front of it. Flat piece behind handle is warped, cheap material (plastic on $2k door). Unbelievable! Again people in customer service were very nice and professional, just cheap material and scheduling just a mess. Don’t know how this business stays open.

The technician Justin arrived on time and it took him less than ten minutes to diagnose the problem. And another 10-15 minutes to fix it and doubled check that it was in working order. Great service and customer care.

I am very happy with the installation of the LiftMaster 8550W. I was also very happy with the work of Jesse C and Rob W. They both did an excellent job and both was pleasant to talk to. They answered all my questions and I was happy with their knowledge in installing the LiftMaster 8550W. After having the Genie system for almost 19 years, this door is so much quieter than it ever was. I also like having the newest technology that comes with this system, like the backup battery. I do recommend Precision Garage Door.

Your website looked very professional with all bios of your employees. However, when I made the appointment and was asked what type of opener I had I was expecting the technician to have the parts for Genie openers. When he told me they don’t carry Genie parts I was confused and disappointed because it was either pay $600 for a new opener or pay the service charge for a 3 minute conversation. Francisco was very nice and apologized for not being able to do more for me however, I would have preferred not wasting time nor money if they knew they didn’t have Genie parts.

I had seen an advertisement in the paper for Precision and decided to try calling because my spring broke and 1 hinge. Timothy O'Brien was the technician who came and he changed both springs and changed all the hinges. The door is quieter than it ever was and I was really happy with the work of Timothy O'Brien and he was a really nice guy. A lot of times your not sure how they'll be but Timothy O'Brien was awesome and am definitely going to have him back for a new lift master. He did an excellent job and he was pleasant to talk to (which you can't always say about everyone that comes to do work at your house). I was really happy with with his work and his knowledge and he did right by me. He didn't try selling me anything I didn't need but he was honest and fair and told me the truth about what needed to be done. The door was put up in 2002 so it needed an overhaul and Timothy O'Brien made that door better than when it was new. Thank you so much and I recommend Precision Garage Door if u need service or a new door or opener
