The technician who was dispatched to address my issue performed excellently. However, I was taken aback by the cost of a ten-minute service call to push a reprogram button, especially after already investing significantly in replacing my garage doors. I attempted to observe the procedure, but I was unable to view the controller's reset process. Unfortunately, the control panel is malfunctioning again. It would be beneficial to have the steps for resetting the control panels so I can avoid incurring another $300+ expense for a brief task.

Amazing service! Incredibly knowledgable! And very, very nice! Highly recommend! My garage door (springs) broke on Monday night. Couldn’t open the garage door, 2 cars locked inside, only 1 car outside. Major problem. Called Precision at 8pm Monday night - made an appt for Tuesday btwn 12-4. John showed up at 12:30, fixed and done and back to normal in less than 2 hours.

Excellent customer service from initial phone call to Meredith (on a Sunday) to installation the next day. We received a text telling us the name of the installer (John Hixson) with a photo and brief bio on him (nice touch!). John called before arriving in a clearly marked, looked-like-new van. He assessed the situation with our garage door and provided three different options for fixing it. It was a bigger job than we anticipated, but John did all of the installation by himself and was done in an hour. He was professional, courteous and very neat. We highly recommend Precision Door.

I was very fortunate to have Precision Garage Door take care of my garage door that was no longer working. Technician Lewis Rodriguez came to the rescue! He replaced the motor, springs, installed a new keypad and programmed 2 remotes to operate the door. Your service professional arrived within the scheduled time & I received a text message that he was on his way. Within 10 minutes he was here. Shane was a very nice gentleman and explained every aspect of replacing the garage motor. We wanted one that had a battery backup and Shane was very detailed on explaining the Lift Master model. Our garage door opened up twice during the night on its own. We called Precision Garage Door Service and Shane Fazal came promptly to our house. Precision Tech Shane Fazal was on time. Very courteous, cooperative and knowlable. Even though I had called Precision for servicing my old garage door opener but instead endup replacing my both garage door openers. Precision prices seemed a bit high but since I was dealing with a company longtime in business, peace of mind was very important to me! The service we received from John was perfect. Very professional. I'm glad we decided to purchase our garage door from Precision 7 years ago. On this service call the tension wire that snapped was replaced along with the two spings, The parts we're included with the wareany, but not the labor ( a little Pricey on the cost of labor ) but the job got done.

I called in the morning because my two car garage door opener stopped working. The young lady who answered my call was courteous and set up an appointment in the early afternoon. At 12:30, after calling to say he was on the way, the service man, George, arrived. He quickly discovered the reason for the problem and even showed me a picture of where gears had been stripped on my 2003 opener. He priced a replacement for me. I asked when he would come back to do the work. To my amazement, he said he could do it right then. He completed the job in about an hour and a half. Very satisfied with George and Precision.
