These guys are amazing! From scheduling to Rob the Manager checking in on progress, down to ultimately Albert who did the actual working was all smooth, professional, and highly skilled. I changed my springs, rollers, cables. and found out my door did not even have safety cables which they installed! Additionally, my door needed a little work which they comped. I could not be happier with this service, I almost thought I needed new doors, but they fixed everything!!!!

John was very helpful and articulate when describing the issues with my garage door opener, and highlighted other potential problems with the door and aging parts. He did not push for the big sale - only made sure I was making the most informed decision. He replaced the opener and worked for hours alone to fix/replace other parts ensuring the door works like new! I would highly recommend John.

I applaud precision garage door service. A last minute call to a wonderful receptionist named Denise. To be guided to an immediate appointment in the next hour and half. Emails and texts and phone calls to say when your technician will be there. Nick Urena arrived and gave 3 options to fix the problem. Giving his opinion and figuring out the best option. I received exceptional service from start to finish in purchasing our new garage door. Our sales representative Andrew was so informative and made the whole purchase process easy. I haven’t experienced a better company at communicating throughout the whole process. Our installers Greg and Jeff were very courteous, knowledgeable and did a clean and perfect install. When done they took the time to explain the work done and how to use the key release to disengage our door opener if needed. I first used Precision to fix my old door years ago and returned to them to purchase a new door because of the excellent experience with their repair services. Their pricing was definitely reasonable and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a garage door repair or is looking to purchase a new door.

I saw an advertisement for Precision Garage previously, and I cut out the advertisement. Saturday night I came home, and my garage door was not functioning properly. I called Precision Garage and quite pleasantly got a quick response. The technician came Sunday morning, having called ahead to advise. He surveyed the system, gave me estimates, and promptly went ahead with the work. He finished in the afternoon. He explained how the system worked and the warranty, and he left the garage as clean as before.

I called Precision Garage Door Service, because my garage door wouldn't close. I was a bit distressed thinking I'd have to wait for service. Sharon allayed my fears. She was very helpful and set up an appointment the very next day. George Albert, the service tech, came and he was so professional. After checking the door parts, he described the problem. The rollers were off the track, but also, the motor was 22years old. It will eventually need replacing. Instead of waiting for the problem to occur, I trusted George's expertise and had a new motor installed. He was very personable and did an excellent job. Thank you Doug for a very well trained team & great customer service.
