The technician who was dispatched to address my issue performed excellently. However, I was taken aback by the cost of a ten-minute service call to push a reprogram button, especially after already investing significantly in replacing my garage doors. I attempted to observe the procedure, but I was unable to view the controller's reset process. Unfortunately, the control panel is malfunctioning again. It would be beneficial to have the steps for resetting the control panels so I can avoid incurring another $300+ expense for a brief task.

My wife and I met with John Fusco. He explained in detail on what we are to expect with the new replacement garage door purchase. It will be about seven weeks for the installation to occur. Amazing service! Incredibly knowledgable! And very, very nice! Highly recommend! My garage door (springs) broke on Monday night. Couldn’t open the garage door, 2 cars locked inside, only 1 car outside. Major problem. Called Precision at 8pm Monday night - made an appt for Tuesday btwn 12-4. John showed up at 12:30, fixed and done and back to normal in less than 2 hours.

Excellent customer service from initial phone call to Meredith (on a Sunday) to installation the next day. We received a text telling us the name of the installer (John Hixson) with a photo and brief bio on him (nice touch!). John called before arriving in a clearly marked, looked-like-new van. He assessed the situation with our garage door and provided three different options for fixing it. It was a bigger job than we anticipated, but John did all of the installation by himself and was done in an hour. He was professional, courteous and very neat. We highly recommend Precision Door.

Our garage door opened up twice during the night on its own. We called Precision Garage Door Service and Shane Fazal came promptly to our house. Precision Tech Shane Fazal was on time. Very courteous, cooperative and knowlable. Even though I had called Precision for servicing my old garage door opener but instead endup replacing my both garage door openers. Precision prices seemed a bit high but since I was dealing with a company longtime in business, peace of mind was very important to me!
