I called Precision when my garage door started opening and closing on its own ….the Technician Lewis came the same day ….he was very professional and courteous…turned out my Liftmaster opener was over 20 years old and it was time for a new one. He did a great job installing it and going over all its functions with me. Very happy that I chose Precision for this project…..I highly recommend them and their Technician Lewis.

Lewis R., the technician, was professional, clear, and honest about my budgetary options for replacing my outdated garage opener, motor, sensors, and more. He worked quickly and efficiently, arriving with all the necessary parts for the job—something I wish more service companies would do to avoid unnecessary follow-up visits. I saw an advertisement for Precision Garage previously, and I cut out the advertisement. Saturday night I came home, and my garage door was not functioning properly. I called Precision Garage and quite pleasantly got a quick response. The technician came Sunday morning, having called ahead to advise. He surveyed the system, gave me estimates, and promptly went ahead with the work. He finished in the afternoon. He explained how the system worked and the warranty, and he left the garage as clean as before.

I called Precision Garage Door Service, because my garage door wouldn't close. I was a bit distressed thinking I'd have to wait for service. Sharon allayed my fears. She was very helpful and set up an appointment the very next day. George Albert, the service tech, came and he was so professional. After checking the door parts, he described the problem. The rollers were off the track, but also, the motor was 22years old. It will eventually need replacing. Instead of waiting for the problem to occur, I trusted George's expertise and had a new motor installed. He was very personable and did an excellent job. Thank you Doug for a very well trained team & great customer service.

We are completely satisfied with Precision Door’s business model, customer service and technicians. One of the rollers on our door came off the track on Thursday mid afternoon., so the door would not close. I called Precision at 4:00, and was offered an appointment for Friday between 8 and 12. I was contacted by John who stated he’d arrive around 9:45. He quickly determined the problem and repaired it promptly, under warrantee, no less! By 10:15 John was finished and our door was back to working order. We highly recommend Precision.
