The technician, George Albert, was prompt, friendly, and courteous, and explained exactly what work was needed and what the price would be. He replaced the springs and the opener mechanism. He did a great job, and on the whole, I felt from start to finish that I was in professional hands with both the technician and the company. Highly recommended!

These people are amazing!! Called on Sunday at 8:15 in the morning and the repair technician called back within 15 minutes and was her less than half an hour later!!! i found your business while checking out garage door repairs and found your business online. reviews looked good. you sent me Lewis Rodriguez to do the repair and i can not say enough about him. He showed me the options and we did the best one. He had everything he needed on the truck and did a outstanding job. Very friendly and answered all my questions. went from extension springs to torsion springs. He replaced all the old rollers and the door works better than it ever did. Would recommend your company. Fair price and great service great people.

As a senior citizen, my garage door became very difficult for me to lift. The technician, Shawn, carefully inspected the door & it's parts (cables, etc.). He recommended replacement of some parts & he adjusted the tension so it became much easier to lift. I raised & lowered the garage door several times until I was comfortable with it. Shawn was very patient as well as very professional, polite & helpful. I am very satisfied with Precision.
