Precision Tech Shane Fazal was on time. Very courteous, cooperative and knowlable. Even though I had called Precision for servicing my old garage door opener but instead endup replacing my both garage door openers. Precision prices seemed a bit high but since I was dealing with a company longtime in business, peace of mind was very important to me! On this service call the tension wire that snapped was replaced along with the two spings, The parts we're included with the wareany, but not the labor ( a little Pricey on the cost of labor ) but the job got done.

I called in the morning because my two car garage door opener stopped working. The young lady who answered my call was courteous and set up an appointment in the early afternoon. At 12:30, after calling to say he was on the way, the service man, George, arrived. He quickly discovered the reason for the problem and even showed me a picture of where gears had been stripped on my 2003 opener. He priced a replacement for me. I asked when he would come back to do the work. To my amazement, he said he could do it right then. He completed the job in about an hour and a half. Very satisfied with George and Precision.

I had a long running issue with the garage safety sensors, whereby the garage door would never close, even in indirect sunlight. We tried various shields but to no avail. Finally we booked an appointment with Precision and they were able to get us an appointment on the same day! While waiting for the appointment George was in constant contact to inform us of his arrival time and when he would complete his prior job. When he arrived he diagnosed the problem and suggested a few solutions including some additional fixes which we saw would be necessary in the near future. He provided us 4 quotes with various options and once we selected one, he was able to work on the garage and complete the task in very efficient time. I was finally able to test the fix today while it was sunny and the garage door is finally working as expected, after over a year of hassle. Thank you to Rob, George and Precision! Julian N

From the person who answered my call, I wish I could remember her name, she was very pleasant, to the scheduling my appointment, to the follow up communications..they said they would be there between 8-12 and would call before. George Albert came to my home today to remedy my problem garage door which would not budge. Mr Albert was prompt courteous and the consummate professional. He explained the issues with my twenty year old garage door in a way that was easy to understand and was able to resolve the problems.The door now operates with ease and we will be replacing it with a new door and opener within the next few weeks based on his recommendation. I had a sensor problem. The tech only wanted to replace my whole unit as well as the door springs and cables for a total of $1900. Just to do a "system reset" the minimum quote was $545. I turned him down and sent him home. Then I realized he had left the door unclipped from the lift chain and the sensor wires unplugged. I clipped the door back into the chain and reinserted the wires and the door works perfectly. This left a very bad taste in my mouth. I would not use Precision door again.

technician Lewis R. arrived to my house to access why my garage didn’t open ( ihad work done and couldn’t figure it out) he manually opened the garage and i showed him the issue he advised me to get an electrician ( which i knew i needed) to replace an outdated overhead socket i needed some outdated springs pulleys and cables and rollers replaced and he showed us two sets of prices and we agreed to purchase it he finished the work in under an hour he was not pushy or aggressive he was polite and easy to deal with showed me two prices
