I am very satisfied with the technician John, who was prompt, neat and efficient, and with the service he performed. I needed a new garage door opener. John showed me the broken piece from my existing one and why a repair was not advised, but instead a new one. I called Precision & they came quickly and on time. Mike took care of the issue with my garage door opener which was debris on the motion detector -my garage door remained open because it sensed something was there.

We upgraded our garage door, originally installed by Precision, to include a remote door opener. From my initial contact with Precision, through Brandon, I felt confident about choosing them. Greg and David arrived promptly, patiently explained the options between two products and efficiently installed our new door opener. Both technicians were extremely knowledgeable as they demonstrated the many features of this product. They were both very respectful and intent on seeing that we were 100% satisfied with their service, which, of course we were! Greg was involved in both the installation of our door AND subsequent addition of the remote. He is an expert technician and, once again, has earned a five star +++ rating! David is also a terrific, 5 star technician!! Obviously, I would (very) highly recommend Precision and these two technicians.

I researched garage doors and found Precision online. Was impressed by advertisement and reviews. Joe replaced our broken garage door opener. He impressed me by being courteous, on time and efficient. Six weeks later I had garage door replaced by Greg and Brian. They also were efficient, professional and knowledgeable. They all did a fabulous job and deserve 5 STARS!

Tom arrived ahead of schedule, which was fine with me. He inspected the whole setup, and recommended what was needed to get my garage door back in tip-top shape. The safety sensors were not working, the cables were fraying, and the pulleys were worn. These items were fixed, and he performed the routine maintenance needed. The door is working like new. Thanks Tom! Great job!

I called Precision and immediately got an appointment for later that day. The technicians called with an ETA and arrived right when they said they would. I needed my 20 year old garage door opener repaired. When the technicians arrived at my house and inspected my door they recommended I replace my motor for a new one. I agreed to replace my motor for a new LiftMaster product. When it was all said and done my new opener is great. Overall great experience with Precision. The technicians were very polite and professional and cleaned up after themselves. The manager in particular was fantastic. He was also polite and professional with great knowledge and was able to answer all of my questions.
