Tom arrived ahead of schedule, which was fine with me. He inspected the whole setup, and recommended what was needed to get my garage door back in tip-top shape. The safety sensors were not working, the cables were fraying, and the pulleys were worn. These items were fixed, and he performed the routine maintenance needed. The door is working like new. I called Precision and immediately got an appointment for later that day. The technicians called with an ETA and arrived right when they said they would. I needed my 20 year old garage door opener repaired. When the technicians arrived at my house and inspected my door they recommended I replace my motor for a new one. I agreed to replace my motor for a new LiftMaster product. When it was all said and done my new opener is great. Overall great experience with Precision. The technicians were very polite and professional and cleaned up after themselves. The manager in particular was fantastic. He was also polite and professional with great knowledge and was able to answer all of my questions.
