The spring on our garage door broke late Sunday night so at 7:00 on Monday morning I called expecting to leave a message but a person answered and sent a repairman who arrived promptly at 8:00! Kelvin was cheerful, helpful and efficient. He explained options and pricing and then fixed the garage door. Everything was cleaned up and finished within the time specified. Very satisfied.

Excellent service. My garage door opener broke and they came the same day I called without any up charges. Jacob was friendly and professional. Your technician, Robert Weber, was courteous, professional, and personable. He installed a new keypad and answered all my questions. He also gave me information about purchasing a new unit, which I’m thinking of doing in the near future. I really liked reading his bio before he arrived. My garage door was broken and I couldn't get the car out. I called 4 garage door companies and left messages (it was Saturday). Not one returned my call. On Sunday I called Precision and a human answered. She dispatched a repairman who got the door opened. A few days later, two repairmen fixed the broken spring and we are back to modern living. I can't tell you how stressful it was to not have the use of the garage. Precision did a great job and responded right away. I was able to get an appointment the day of my call.. I have tenants in my house and Brandon contacted me on the way over to the house to let me know what other problems could possibly be associated with a broken spring. He was thorough in his explanation which I appreciated. My tenants give him 5 stars. They said he was very knowledgeable and completed the work much to their satisfaction.
