Called for service in the afternoon and the serviceman showed up the next morning at 9:00a.m. Service was completed within one hour and garage door opener is working once again. New opener was installed in Feb 2020, hopefully there will be no other problems, but its nice to see the service is prompt if needed.

From scheduling the appointment to the completion of the job, my experience with Precision Door Service was absolutely painless. Mike Picarello called well ahead of time to let me know he was on his way, giving me ample time to finish what I was doing and get home. He treated my dad and me with the utmost respect, and performed an outstanding job fixing the garage door. When he was done, the door opened and closed effortlessly and safely. He even changed the lightbulb above the door for us! I would definitely recommend this company and this employee!

I'm very happy with my new garage door! Lewis the service tech was insightful and helpful in answering my initial questions. He promptly replaced older parts and installed the garage door opener. Before leaving, he made sure I was comfortable in operating the system myself. I Highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service...ask for Lewis!
