This company is top notch from beginning to end. Booked online and had appointment same day. Our technician Shane called me that he was a half hour away and showed up right on time. I called the office number to get a general idea of how much the service was going to cost. The gentleman I spoke to gave me a range over the phone. I book my appointment and the bill was more than double what the range was given to me over the phone. The tech was on time. He was missing some pieces on his truck so he made due with what he had on hand at the time. The most appalling part of the whole visit was the 3 quotes he gave me on his tablet. I just wanted my garage door to work again. I had already took the day off of work so the work could be done but I certainly would think twice about using this company again.

Everything about Precision was great, especially the technician Marlon. Marlon was very professional and the company was quick with a response and true to their word. I booked an appointment on a Sunday evening for the next day between 10:00am - 2:00pm and Marlon called at 9:30am and was at my door 20 min later, which was great! I didn't have to sit around and waste the morning. Marlon was very courteous and knowledgeable and well-organized. He replaced the pulleys, springs, cables and wheels. He completed the job in a timely manner without rushing. It seems to me he really enjoys what he does for a living and had only good things to say about his company. I would highly recommend Precision, and definitely ask for Marlon.

Danny S. was great. He explained all of my options. Understands the cost of a new door was out of my price range, no pressure. The price of replacing the two springs, cables and other moving parts was pricey but what I expected for the industry, he was done in about an hour.
