Precision, I can’t tell you how pleased I am for calling you. My garage door kept closing and then opening. It seemed I was going to need a new garage door. Then came Isaac Rodriguez. Isaac talked with me about my prior experience with Precision. I had forgotten I called Precision over 5 years ago. You helped me then and Isaac helped me this time. Isaac was very professional. He took the time to tell me what was wrong, all I needed was a quick adjustment and no need for a new door. Isaac is a credit to your company. If I could give six stars I would. From the beginning to end, the process of getting my new garage door opener purchased and installed could not have been easier. Isaac the installer was just great. Contacted me 30 minutes before arrival, discussed and explained the job at hand and went to work. Very professional and the work was completed fast than I thought in a neat manner. We will be reaching out to them for a new garage door. I highly recommend Precision.

5 Stars - Honestly in 23 years of living in this house - this was one of the best and most professional service experiences. From the first call to the follow-up(s) - 5 star treatment all the way. Roberto was excellent and very thorough. He was able to diagnose the problem and I can confirm after a few days - there is no further problem with the garage door not closing when it is cold outside. Roberto was able to fix the problem even though it was warm on Saturday and we couldn't duplicate the problem. Only issue was that the original quote for the sensors was $125, but in the final bill it was $175. Just seemed like an honest oversight and would recommend Roberto as a technician to anyone needing garage repair.

Had a new garage door opener installed. Hunter was very professional. Called when he was on his way and again when stuck in traffic. When he arrived he looked over the situation, explained it so I could understand the problem and suggested what should be done. He went right to work, completed the job and proceeded to help me hook my car up to the opener. He even sent a video so I could do my husband's car. Clean cut, polite and professional what more can you want from a service provider.

Hunter Hanneman tuned up our garage door when it started making loud noises. He told us that our garage door opener was in good working condition and what needed to be done to make the garage door safe and quiet. He was mindful that I had an appointment to get to and worked to get done so I could make the appointment.
